My mom and her long-time boyfriend (whom we've all already been calling our stepdad for years) are finally getting hitched and she asked me to be her bridesmaid (I'm pretty sure she meant maid of honor but y'know) so that's how my day's going :D
#it'll be nice to not have to add “well he's not legally my stepdad but...” to people who get confused when we talk about family stuff lol#it's both of their third marriages so it's just going to be a small casual ceremony#neither wants a big wedding (I mean shoot they put it off this long after all) which is cool with me#she doesn't even want me to do anything special... just be there#it's good it's good it's good
