sometimes the trans-specific rook dialogue is nice but sometimes it's just hilarious. davrin was flirting and rook was given an option to tell him about it but he went "are you sure you're okay with .........what i am..." and davrin replied "? Well. what are you." which is probably not the ideal response to that situation but you really can't blame him for thinking rook was about to reveal he was a werewolf or something.

#veilguard spoilers #interestingly tho i think the game remembered what i told maevaris about his coming out? because he mentioned #it to davrin. but i genuinely cant tell if that's a coincidence or not #davrin's response is very funny bc he basically just doesn't even address it and says hes wanted to fuck you from day one #choosing to believe that's just a brilliant character choice and not something everyone does #it makes me want to write the scene where marcus and anders first Talk About It though because it's also very stupid
