I was part of the very first G8 class here (aka we had one less year of school) and since the state government needed to prove it's a success our graduation exams were made easier. One way they did this was by thinning out the curriculum, and one of the topics they eliminated is statistics. And it turns out that would have been really helpful now that i'm trying to come up with traffic anomaly detection.
