☠ - How do they feel when they have to take someone’s life?

Valens has a complicated mix of emotions. Hailing from a sort of peaceful, nonviolent fishing background, she's really only used to killing animals in self-defense and things of that nature. Despite her claims that she can handle anything - the first time she actually killed a person - it really rattled her. She felt contaminated, unclean somehow for it. It would be one thing if it was protecting others - but protecting herself just made it feel worse. She prefers to incapacitate if she can, not kill. Wanting to prove to her Warband that she's as capable as she claims to be but also getting really disturbed and bothered by it.

👊 - Describe their fighting style!

Galla is a beast of a fighter - she wasn't nicknamed 'terror of the pit' for nothing. She uses a short-bow currently and is pretty good with it but her real skill is in close combat. Pit-fighting was her escape and she picked up some good skills from it. Favoring throwing people off their center of balance and then tackling them to the ground. She has also been known to pile-drive people before. When push comes to shove, she does not fight cleanly. Any and all things go, she's not above raking their eyes or going for their family heirlooms. Her name that she chose, Strangleforge, is telling in that her favorite manner of finishing a fight is grappling someone into a choke hold and strangling them/crushing their throat (or just making them pass out, if it's someone who doesn't need killing at the moment).

💪 - What is the source of their personal strength?

Ruby has a couple different sources but her main one is her drive to protect her friends and keep everyone happy. Having been to the Mists (twice, according to her personal canon) she has a heightened value on making every minute matter. It sometimes comes at the cost of her own enjoyment but she’s committed to making sure everyone else is happy. Because while many of them know that being able to find joy and hope in things is important they don’t know just how important because they haven’t been spectral shades in the Mists wandering around without memory or purpose. So it’s her desire to make others happy as well as fear of failure if she doesn’t.

��� - Do they have any lucky charms/items of significance?

Riag has some items that he keeps for sentimental purposes but none that he really carries with him. The little choya plushy that Ruby sent him, a feather from her Griffon, some old letters, a sword that the Wardens gifted him, things like that. He was too worried about losing things that he cared about to keep them with him - especially when he was on active duty. Though he could start carrying something with him since he’s at home most of the time, but it hasn’t occurred to him.
