These guys... are literally the beauty and the beast of Japanese Mythology, I say this a lot but

Amenouzume is definitely a weird one, remember how Hikaru remarked Ai's weird not so long after they met? She has this same energy, she seems like a quirky, eccentric goddess

and her story with her husband(how they met each other) can be summed up as this cute odd goddess befriending a god who was misunderstood by everyone due to his appearance that stood out too much, it's really cute if you think about it. That parallels Ai and Hikaru so well
