We got through that entire tropical storm with power only to lose it for an estimated five hours while the sky is CLEAR.
But tbh, this city isn’t so bad without all that light pollution and loud noises. Sounds like I’m back in a small town out here.

BEFORE the storm.#idc if this is a 'lower income area' PLEASE fix the nuisance tree#and now the power is out and i have a sneaky suspicion theyre cleaning up the tree and fucked up#bc wow. the dark goes on forever rn#and for the first time since i got my wisdom teeth out am i finally able to gauge how it affected my tinnitus#bc i can't hear fans. cars. planes. trucks. and electricity rn.#it's still there but SO Much Quieter. it did a number on the tinnitus but didn't heal it.#good thing its cold out too now#the power being out isn't TOO much of a problem. other than the lack of natural air flow in this trailer#which is fixed by fans bc the ac is a little fucky too... which are now out. and all the air is settling. oh boy.#this is going to be a stuffy five hours that i'm about to sleep through
