Wow 😮 they lost -27 Lbs combined in less than 21 days 👍🏻🙌🏻👏🏻! I’m honored to be able to COACH these amazing ladies through a DETOX journey 🙌🏻 from #CostaRica And #London . They not only lost the 5- 12 lbs each but their HABITS had changed . They are loving cooking and MEAL PREP! . They are eating a LOT OF FRESH VEGETABLES AND FRUITS . And drinking a lot of WATER 💦 .
