I understand that my undertaking of completing the compendium is entirely self-inflicted and also that I can just buy entries from Robbie so I don't have to dedicate hours upon hours of walking through forest after forest staring at tree trunks hoping to find a bladed rhino beetle on one and get a picture of it before some octorok or evermean or yiga asshole scares it away--yet knowing all of that will not change the fact that I'm still going to do all of this, nor will it make me less annoyed while I'm doing it.

Anyway, if you have any tips on finding bladed rhino beetles or rugged rhino beetles beyond just looking on trees in East or West Necluda, I would be glad to hear them
