Day 5 - Silence

He had that nightmare again. Choking and suffocating, his skin crawling. He'd always try to scream but never could. When he came to, he was sitting straight up in bed, gasping for air. Eyes wide and darting around the darkened room until his heart finally settled.

After a while, he got up and dragged himself down a hall and looked at himself in the cracked mirror of a bathroom that probably hadn't seen another person since things collapsed a couple of years ago. The only light being that of dreary early morning filtering through a small, dirty window to his right.

His hands wandered his face, his arms, his sides. Feeling. Checking... then a sigh. There was nothing to find but his lack of sleep making him look decrepit. But that was nothing new.

Oh boy let me tell you. (TMI probably) It was a pretty good year until it totally wasn't. And I can't stress enough how much it wasn't good then. It all started with jumping head-first into WolfStar bc why not. And it was so nice, I still have like 5 other illustrations started. But then my doc prescribed me some hormones and it all went crashing down. I didn't expect it and I was so very not prepared. It started like a regular sad PMS that just didn't end. But then it got worse, every day I felt like I was stepping into depression at an alarmingly fast pace. When I reached the bottom it felt so much worse than what I've ever experienced and the only thing keeping me going day after day was the knowledge that those damn meds were to blame and if only I could go through the whole treatment I surely (HOPEFULLY) would go back to normal. Looking back at it now, I realize I could have contacted my doc and simply dropped the treatment bc it was totally not worth it (and it didn't work anyway so (^: ). But I didn't know my brain was capable of jumping so deep so fast. So I pushed through somehow, wasted 4 months of 2023 on barely surviving. With the hormones out of my system I managed toy prepare and finish whole Inktober. I still don't know how it happened. Where I found the energy to do that after my mid-year drama? But I'm very proud it somehow happened :) Also sometime during Fall I found out about and started "Artist's Way". It slowly changed my mindset and now I'm full of willpower and creative energy for 2024 (still have pretty much zero free time so ya know, I don't know when new works will drop)

“Do you like my new tattoo?” You asked as you showed the raw skin to your boyfriend, Nate, as soon as he got back from hanging out with his friends. “It’s nice isn’t it?”

“Didn’t I tell you not to get a tattoo?” He sighed jokingly, knowing he had no real influence on whether you got a tattoo or not. “What even is that? A crow?”

“No!” You gasped, slightly upset he did not see the significance. You waited a few beats to give him a chance, but he just kept staring at you. “The first time we met, a raven attacked us, so it’s for us!”

“That’s stupid,” He lagged as he pulled you in to get a better look at it. Upon seeing your glare he responded with, “but cute.”

DAY 28: Tory's Winter Clothes 😺🩰

• When it comes to dancing 'Ballerinas' 🩰 and swimming 'Mermaids' 🧜‍♀️, Tory Ramcat 😺🩰 is the queen of the Ramcat family. Now, truth be told, my OC creations and myself are not a fan of drawing 'Ballerinas' and 'Mermaids' in our whole lives, even my A-Pal Bryan360 and his entire OCs wasn't a fan of drawing of the aforementioned two activity roles, either. ☝️😮 But, since were friends with ShadowRamcat/CarmenRamcat, we could say "if you can't beat them join them". And thus, that. 🤷‍♀️ Now, what about her Winter Clothing? 🤔 That, I so interested! 😊🤗 Yes, I said her 'Winter Clothing' because, while her 'Autumn Clothing' was an interesting as Shadow R.'s A/W Clothing, my eyes on her comfy 'Winter Clothing'! ❄️🧣🧥🥰🤗 Which first I saw her on Feb 2021 💘, I immediately liked her comfort style. Even her revamped in Mar 2024 🍀 was good enough, so much so, that Tory decided to gifted one of her spare Winter Clothes to the Speedster Twins (Spot 🐶🏎️ & Riya 🐰🏎️)!How nice. 🖤💛🥰🤗 Nowadays, she's all adorable in a invisible mode while wearing it aforementioned 'Winter Clothing' in baggy-sized fashion. 🥰🌸👕🧣👖🤗

Here’s my note before I’ll get started….

One more day for 🎃Halloween this year; where I can finally conclude Sallie and Awoofy’s chase from the rolling pumpkin’s wrath! Joking aside because it’s just a giant pumpkin without feeling out of revenge. Unless if you counted being possessed from the naughty red panda’s magic spell gone wrong. 😅 Just a theory to imagine yourself.

In the meantime of saving the final Inktober artwork, here’s my “Day 30th” entry that you might never expected. I had personal thoughts as a “What If” scenario for the Netflix animated worlds, but in a mashup style of “Come and Learn with Pibby”.

Just to be clear, it had nothing to do if Netflix’s planning to greenlit the “Pibby” show instead. We’re feeling bummed after Dodge Greenley’s recent update that the potential show never pick up for Adult Swim. That doesn’t mean it will moving on to Netflix too soon. (Or any other streaming services if it’s possible. Just a thought.) 

Either way, I’m not giving up as I’m saving some fanarts to plan. Who knows if Adult Swim at least can acknowledge once again?

As for this Inktober artwork share, it was Chip the Pug who’s taking a role as a resistance leader. As I said before, this is a “What If” scenario by having the darkness taking over Netflix animated worlds from “Inside Job” to “Centaurworld”; including this poor female pug’s world. She lost her mouse friend named “Potato” and some to her family and friends that gotten corrupted by the darkness. (This example.⬇️)

Now she’s on her journey through different and dangerous worlds wether to save or fight off any animated characters and joining forces. Things can be intense that Chip can take; especially losing her eye due to ongoing struggles. 🫢😔

As much It was a shock; let alone a harmless pug without hurting anyone. That said, it was something to face reality as she’s growing up. Can she willingly to face bigger threats than she can encounter? Can she still have time to save her mouse friend and others? Or suffer the way that it started in the first place? That is something you can imagine yourself; for better or for worse.

(BTW, the exact date where the short video uploaded through Adult Swim’s YT Channel since 2021. Today’s mark the 2nd anniversary for the potential show that sadly wasn’t picked up. If only someday. 🙏)

I'm going to be posting my older Inktober drawings, seeing as my FNoN AU is now online so the pictures will (mostly) have context.

This was Day 5 of 2021: Mike Afton giving Funtime Foxy a belly-rub. The Funtime Animatronics have touch-sensitive wires in this AU, so they actually enjoy getting pet in much the same way a dog does.

This scene is from a currently unpublished chapter in the FNoN AU. It takes place during the "Road Trip Arc," where the Fazbear Animatronics are not receiving regular maintenance, thus the rust.

(Re) Introduction

Hiya!

I'm Paisley, and I've been here since 2020.

To theme - some random stuff:

I'm not great at finishing stuff, but I try.

I enjoy reading about kidnapping and captivity stuff, and all the sassy people (whumpee, whumper, caregiver, you name it, love the sass)

I prefer reading about male whumpees but have found i gravitate toward female whumpees in my own writing.

Other stuff i enjoy includes drawing, playing music, and sewing.

I am glad to be part of this community and am excited to see what pops up next :D

p.s. i will accept pictures of anyone's cats. i love cats. they are all my babies.

Fleeting Clarity

@the-whumpers-soiree What a cool event.

Never have a completed a piece in such record time. One day. I think it went well. And it's still May, so it counts towards my monthly goal. Woo!

Emmett dislikes parties.  He knows he dislikes them, and yet he continues to go.  He says it’s to “broaden his horizons” or some other cheap cliche, but that’s not it.  He’s looking for the best friend he’s never met.  Two months of messaging and it feels like this stranger is Emmett’s perfect, nameless, other half.  The One.  They never make demands or push Emmett to go outside his comfort zone.  But Emmett wants to be better for them, to grow.  So he seeks out social gatherings, hoping to find The One and clinging to the idea that he will just know when he meets them.

Then there is something new.  A short message “It’s been long enough.  We should meet.” and an invitation to a … soiree.  It sounds fancier than anything Emmett’s ever been to, but this is what he’s been waiting for.  He quickly sends an affirmative reply.  He receives a second message with instructions on when to show up and what to wear.  He agrees to everything.

The night of the party, Emmett arrives twenty minutes early.  He hasn’t worn his dress pants in over a year, and they fit snugly around his waist.  He fidgets and pulls at the legs, trying to keep them from looking like flood pants. Ten minutes later, he gives up on his pants and enters the penthouse.  He receives a blue glow stick which he circles through the belt loop on his right hip, just as The One had asked. 

He knows he’s early, so he goes to the bar to kill time.  The guests already there appear otherworldly under the gold lights.  The same lights make all the drinks look like potions or strange science experiments.  Emmett tries not to think too hard about it, chooses one at random, and moves away to the other side of the building where chairs are lined up along floor to ceiling windows.  Here it is bathed in softer blue light.  Emmett is instantly calmer and selects a seat in the corner to wait for his other half.  He watches the assortment of people who pass by, all impeccably dressed, most with blue bands like his, some with red bands.  He guesses those with red are somehow responsible for the party, hosts or VIP guests or … something.

In the middle of that thought, a man with a red band approaches him.  Emmett stands to greet him, clutching his drink like a lifeline.  

“You know the bracelet is supposed to go on your wrist, right?”  The stranger chuckles. 

Emmett glances down at the blue ring on his hip then back at the man.  “I… uh… meeting someone… told me… I mean… yes.  Yes, I know.”  He blushes, embarrassed by his sudden inability to form coherent thoughts.  He stares wide eyed at the man and wishes he had bought a suit that actually fit him.  

The stranger laughs again.  “It’s alright, you can wear it wherever you want as long as we can see it.  Anyways, I’ve found you now, so it doesn’t matter anymore.”

“Oh, it’s you!”

“Yes, it’s me, live and in person.”  He smiles with all his teeth, arms spread wide like a tv announcer.

Emmett is far out of his league.  This man is everything Emmett could never be - tall, fit, tailored suit worn with the air of deliberate dishevelment.  And the red band. 

“Do you work here?” Emmett blurts. 

“No, why?”  The man raises a brow, smile never leaving his face. 

“Oh, um,” Emmett starts picking at his pant leg.  “I just thought with the red bands,  it was important to the party.  Like security.  I saw some people with red bands helping guests out.”

“They’re important, but not for security.”  The man continues to grin as if this conversation were the greatest thing to ever happen to him.  Emmett knows it can’t be.  He frowns, suddenly aware of how much of a stranger this man really is.  

“You okay?” the man asks.  “Do you need to go outside?”

Emmett shakes his head and sits back down.  “I’m fine.  Could we sit for a little while?”

“Of course.  Let me get you something else to drink.  That one there is like drinking death.”  He takes Emmett’s glass and heads to the bar.  Emmett watches as he leans over the counter, the yellow light casting a halo around him.  Emmett’s stomach rolls, and he can’t be sure if it’s excitement or nervousness. 

The man returns with a short glass of blue liquid.  Emmett thinks it doesn’t look much better than the last one, but slowly sips it to be polite.  The two are quiet for a few minutes, Emmett drinking, and the man watching with that stupid, relentless grin.  Somehow, he seems more of a stranger now than when they had never met.

“So, what do you want to do this evening?”  The man leans back in his chair.  “After all, the night is young, and we are limitless.”

“Can we just talk?”  Emmett chews on a piece of ice, surprised at how fast the drink disappeared.  “I…I feel like I don’t know you that well.”

“Yes, of course. What do you want to know?”

“I…um, I,”  Emmett places his empty glass on the ground by his feet and grips the side of his chair.  His vision begins an uneven roll matching the feeling in his stomach.  “I… I’m sorry.”

“It’s alright.  We have all the time in the world.”  The stranger’s face distorts, his eyes dark, and his smile growing feral. 

Emmett’s world spins.  “What… what’s happening?” 

He is on the ground, vaguely aware of melted ice seeping into his pants.  It’s the flood pants.  He giggles at the passing thought.  The ice is surprisingly warm.

My #1 post of 2022

Hiya!

Surprise! I'm not dead but the quarter life crisis is real.

I figured I would re-introduce myself since I have been away for so long, I've learned some stuff about myself, and I think I did it wrong last time. So:

I'm Paisley, she/her, ace, socially awkward chipmunk. This blog is kind of all over the place, quite random as the name implies, but I like the whump, specifically: guys in distress (*sigh* don't we all), blindfolds and gags, kidnapping, and the Box Boy Universe in general. I don't mind reading about le spice/NSFW, but it will probably not be featured in my writing.

As far as my writing goes, my main OCs are Alex and Wes (but mostly Alex because she's been living in my head for years inserting herself into other people's stories and finally gets her own.) They exist within the BBU, but each follows a vastly different path to where they meet.

My other writing is generally short pieces based on prompts or ideas that don't fit into the main story (all the random stuff).

A little drabble/ficlet inspired by this lovely illustration by @mielpetite Because I just couldn't resist.

Summary: Crowley wonders if he'll ever get used to the sight of Aziraphale in his bed.

Crowley stopped in the doorway, eyes glued to the scene in front of him. He wondered if he would ever get used to the sight of Aziraphale in his bed: the angel was leaning back against a pillow, an open book in one hand and a steaming cup of tea in the other, his blond hair and sky-blue pyjamas standing out sharply against the dark bed sheets. The whole thing should have looked weird, wrong, but it didn't. Aziraphale looked absolutely perfect there, as if that was where he was supposed to be. Where he belonged.

DAY 5: Brown's A/W Clothes 🥜

• Brown the squirrel was an interesting OC, in my opinion. Not only he's shy or timid, and lonely personality (I'm with you, bud), but also he's pure solid "Cartoon Network" fan. He might also fan on other cartoon channels (say Nickelodeon or Disney), but his obsession with "Cartoon Network" was become his recognizable hobby (thanks with his checkered shorts & sweater vest, and his Jake theme winter gloves) ⬛⬜📺😊 Now, what about his clothing? 🤔 You know, as much as I loved to pick his normal clothing (because of his wonderful April Fools prank comic → [CLICK ME!]), his A/W clothing 😊🧢👕🧤👖🧦👟🤗 is the way I picked because he covers everything that he need for the annual cold season, without gifting any wearable(s) or additional stuff from friends/families. And you know what, its a good thing. 🙂👍 Speaking of friends, did I mentioned that Brown had already gifted one of his spare clothes to the Speedster Twins (Spot 🐶🏎️ & Riya🐰🏎️), back in December of 2021 🎄🎁→ [CLICK ME!]? And so far, they're the only ones who owned that spare from Brown, and soon probably someone will. 🙂
