wooo i'm in the process of getting approved for my own apartment very soon and i'm pretty excited/nervous about it!! this'll be my first time living solo Ever after renting with family and partners my entire adult life so it's untreaded water for me.

#m text #renting solo in a major CA city is rough lol but i'm soooo glad that it's actually feasible for me now with my income + savings #rented with family for years because of convenience + financial reasons for all of us but tbh their lifestyles have just become too #incompatible with mine (dealing with my family's 3 dogs and 4 cats being a major factor and yes we've been lying to our landlord about them #lmao. my sister got a new puppy recently (3rd dog) and that combined with all the noise and smells and mess is driving me nuts and i #deeeessssperately need my own space for just me and my two budgies #so that's what's been going on lately :^)
