okay if the manager lady calls me back and I don't end up having to pay for this shit, I am buying myself a big ol' book haul
#probably a bad idea financially but im soooo stressed lol#it's been good with them for the past 4 years and i don't want to suddenly start getting shitty service bc the old rental manager left#im thinking this lady just probably hasn't talked to her plumbers etc and wants to know what happened#but also....what if she gives me the 3rd degree trying to find some way to make me pay for it
