dick- just calls her harley
jason- mostly calls her quinn, sometimes 'the therapist' (more when he's talking to someone about her)
cass- aunt harley (as previously stated)
tim- calls her harley quinn as "it's her name!"
duke- probably 'harls'. in my head i just feel like him and harley are fairly close and he's the kinda person to use nicknames a lot
damian- literally always quinzel or quinn. never her first name.
