i love pastries you can peel apart it's like the fruit roll-ups of bread. croissant? exceptional. cinnamon roll? decadent. had a cardamom morning bun for the first time the other day and got so lost in the sauce that i blacked out and emerged minutes later only to find myself bewildered and covered in sugar
