Petty thing to be annoyed about, but It's like PB knows that that "for the first time in your career, your scalpel hand shakes" is the most powerful thing they've written in this series and decided to reuse it to try to take some of its thunder. The first time was because he was so affected by MC’s life being in danger and today it was just... because? They couldn’t have made it be due to literally any other reason other than unsteady hands?
