#I'm secretary and PA for a medical school#and the school is so fucking disorganized idk how anything gets done there#basically every few weeks I have to do an orientation for the students and help then get assigned to go to various offices and hospitals#which requires a LOT of paperwork#if we're missing anything then it has to be resubmitted (and the school has never sent us everything we need even though it's been years)#and I also have to drive to like idk 30 different offices every week to pick up student grades#because they have to be graded by hand and sent to the school physically#and we've had upwards of 70 students at a time rotating#so that's 70 stacks of documents I have to sift through#and 70 grades I have to hand out to the doctors teaching the student and pick them up#it's a lot of computer work and a lot of driving basically#me and my co-worker used to split it but now there's only me and the medical director and manager#it's hell but the benefits outweighed the stress for a time#just not anymore#ask
