Jules loves an emerald green 🥰 As well as it having sentimental value and happening to match her eyes perfectly, there’s a reason her engagement ring is what it is <3

Vika’s favorite is a sunset orange! Not too bright, but something soft that goes beautifully with her brown skin and gold jewelry.

Jules has a hopeless crush on Jimmy Stewart that she tries and utterly fails to hide from Johnny 🤭 she’s all heart eyes when he takes her out to see It’s A Wonderful Life, and he spends the whole car ride home good naturedly teasing her about it. Thanks to Olive, she and Helen bond over it eventually, much to Brady and [redacted bc spoilers]’s dismay lol

Vika totally has a thing for Gregory Peck (that she successfully hides from Benny until they see To Kill A Mockingbird lmao) and no I’m totally not projecting shhhhhh

Jules loves a tomato soup & grilled cheese! That cozy combo has been her favorite since she was little.

Vika loves her mom’s kadhi— a yogurt-based soup made with chickpea flour & spices! I imagine during the war the stateside girlies (Jo, Jean, Jules, & Vika) start trading cozy recipes when the weather gets cold and they need something to take their minds off worrying about their boys, and Vika can’t wait to introduce her friends to one of her favorite foods.
