depending on how you interpret this leto s2 is either one of the most cracked skills in the game or literally useless. maybe worse than useless.

#question 1: can leto activate ussg skills that are not at full sp?#i looked at the og chinese answer appears to be no#question 2: will ussg skills be returned to previous sp at the end of leto's skill or will they go to 0 sp#if returned to previous sp? insane skill. interesting use cases. if sp goes to 0? leto's s2 is quite literally worse than useless#if it's the latter it's really like. at that point why would i not just activate skills manually
