Kapyy, Talia Family headcanon

Will any of this make sense? Idk. family portrait and explainations below. This is going to be a bit long. Also Talia's look here is just her appearance in the saloon with her hair from the chorus of ikywt. I keep mentioning this headcanon so i thought that i should show my headcanon for the family first. Its my birthday tomorrow and i'm sitting here doing this, at least its fun to share stuff like this.

For a bit of context, i was in Greece back in July, and one night when i was trying to sleep i had the thought "What if Kapyy and Talia Sway are twins who were separated at birth" and it just spiralled from there.

Their parents are the coaches from Giddy on Up and Blinding Lights extreme, who i will refer to as GOU and BLE from now on. Why did i choose these two for this headcanon? Country break up song and futuristic spinning (i actually forgot that Talia spins around quite a bit in IKYWT).

Kapyy was kidnapped after birth and taken to Cyberfunk. No one is entirely sure who they were but BLE has his suspicions that it was someone he used to know. I'm not going into the kidnapper fully yet, but she used to date BLE and then he found out that she wanted to fully control him so he got out of Cyberfunk and went to Wasterra. Then he met GOU and they fell in love and got married. Eventually GOU finds out she's pregnant with twins. After the birth Kapyy was kidnapped leaving Talia as the Kidnapper was caught in the act and fled. The Kidnapper brought Kapyy to Cyberfunk where she placed him in an orphanage where she could monitor him, to bring him up and use him to spite his father. Which inevitably backfired on her as Kapyy ended up in Wasterra where the rest of his family is.

They resemble their mother and father respectively however, Kapyy gets his hair and eye colour from GOU and the same for Talia from her dad. For this BLE is a natural blonde who dyes his hair black. I also see the goggles that BLE wears as glasses, Talia also needs glasses but she wears contact lenses most of the time.

Height wise, this is a family of giraffes lol. BLE is the tallest at 6"2, with GOU just Below him at 6' 1", and Talia and Kapyy being half an inch apart at 5' 11" and 5'11.5" respectively. Wow i really do think that they are Dipper and Mabel Pines lol.

You know what, Talia and Kapyy's relationship is sort of like Dipper and Mabel from Gravity falls in the sense that they ground each other. Though Talia does find it strange that she has a brother. Talia does get annoyed with how energetic Kapyy is and Kapyy can get annoyed with her seriousness but they find that they do balance each other out.

Kapyy finds it difficult to connect with his parents, mainly because of how he has only known them for a bit. He is mainly worried that he might do something wrong. That's why in the family portrait he is standing a bit away. This sort of comes from how he could never really connect with anyone, but eventually he does managed to connect with them.

However the two were overjoyed that their son had returned to them after he had been kidnapped, and welcomed him with open arms.

I'm not sure if any of this will make sense, i feel like i just blurted out a bunch of words.

A lot of this is formed from Talia. Considering that she is based on Taylor swift, who is 5' 11" and has a brother (Albeit a younger one and not a twin), it just started to make this headcanon make more sense to me.

There's more to this headcanon but i just wanted to focus on the family first. Honestly after i initially came up with it i just thought it would be cute. Though I do have a short plotline with this that i kinda want to write down. The "Visceral Reaction" post is part of that. There are also other things that i have relating to this headcanon that i want to explain better. It will be funny if they actually give these two families and i have to scrap this headcanon entirely.

First off - DISCLAIMER: I do not know Jensen or Misha, or anyone they know. I do not have any direct information or confirmation of any information in this post. This information may or may not be correct (if anyone has any further clarification, feel free to add it - just please know that this same disclaimer will extend to such comments). None of this should ever be discussed with Jensen or Misha. Their lives are theirs, and while the fandom may discuss and speculate, it’s not okay to do so with the actual people.

Ok... now that we have that out of the way!

I will find the post that gave me the most of the information that I have about it, and reblog with it.

But it’s after 1 am, so I’ll give you the quickish answer now lol.

So, in 2011 Misha was essentially fired from SPN as Sera Gamble was killing off Cas (he’s in S7 ep 1-2, and then doesn’t come back until ep 17, I think it is). He wasn’t supposed to come back, at all. He was supposed to be dead dead.

Summer 2009 is where the earliest flirting is seen with JenMish. I think it was AHBL 1. It is on YT. They’re doing a signing, and Jensen and Misha are going back and forth saying about how they couldn’t see each other and they were worried. Jared pipes up and says that he’ll keep an eye on them and let them know the other is still there.

Vicki and Dee are behind Jared and there is definitely giggling going on.

Then Dec 14 2019 is when Jensen posted what’s referred to as the 10 year anniversary pic and it’s assumed that the original was taken around the same date (if anyone has any links to the pic being talked about, can you please share?)

So, if you assume Dec 2009 is when cockles officially became cockles, then it wasn’t very long after when word would have trickled down that Cas was being killed off. I’d say maybe late 2010 to early 2011.

As far as I can tell, no one knows who ended it. Speculation is probably Jensen, saying it would be too difficult now that Misha wasn’t part of the cast, even though he only lives like an hour and a half from Vancouver.

It also has to be taken into consideration that Jensen and Dee got engaged in 2009 and married in 2010. Then 2011, Misha is written off the show.

It’s fair to assume Jensen wouldn’t have wanted to rock the boat at home for something that he wasn’t sure could be sustained.

So, during the 2011 con panels (I think starting around the time of the Asylum convention) Misha is totally different and a little sarcastic/meanish. The matching rings and bracelets also disappear during this time (but different matching/coordinating jewelry shows up later though).

At Rising Con 2011, Mish and Seb have a panel, and Seb says his favorite sound is when he’s laying next to someone he loves and listening to her sleep.

Misha buts in and says “or him” and looks really sad. He’s off the entire panel.

This continues for a while with panels.

I don’t know what con it is, but at one of them, Jensen does talk about how he is glad that Misha is back on the show. I don’t know if they’ve made up yet at this point, since I don’t know when it is from.

I haven’t watched all the 2012 panels (hardly any) but by JIB, they seemed to have maybe made up.

Jensen jokes about their panel being sort of like a blind date. And apologizes that it might be a bit awkward, sort of like working together. Then Misha says that he rather enjoyed working together.

Jensen assures him then that it was great, and that he had a great time. Then tells Misha it was not him (Misha), that it was him (Jensen).

Then Misha says he thought it was really special. And Jensen makes a comment about how maybe they can give it another shot and Misha kinda shakes his head.

This is either Jensen still in the groveling phase, or the trying to be cute and apologize and say he’s happy they worked things out.

Jensen is a little extra flirty.

But it’s obvious after this that things are fine. Since by JIB10, they ran outta fucks to give and Misha literally straddles Jensen on stage and Jen gets a boner and has to adjust himself. Lol.

Though it’s obvious they’re sad about the show ending. I’m sure the breakup (if there had actually been one) over them not being on the same show anymore from 10 years ago is coming back to them. And I’m sure it’s especially not easy with covid.

But they still seem to be bringing up each other when talking, when it’s not really necessary. And Jensen still gets his stupid (in the most loving meaning) smile when he talks about Misha.

And they were obviously texting each other during the panel on Tuesday.

So, hopefully, cockles is still going strong. It’s been 11 years now, not like 1. So hopefully they have learned how to deal with things.

If only The Boys was shot in Vancouver and not in Ontario. Then he wouldn’t be far from Misha, to be able to see him once there aren’t mandatory 2 week quarantines when arriving in Canada.

But I know during JIB10, Misha made several remarks about moving to Austin.

This would be amazing, though idk of him and Vicki would actually want to uproot the kids. So it may be a more wishful thinking. Even if not, I’m sure covid is making that impossible at the moment.

tsukishima kei

୨୧ ˻˳˯ₑ*॰¨̮  idk about you but i think tsukki secretly enjoys the holidays? like he’d think the music is overbearing, the movies are disgustingly cliche, and the amount of people gathering in places is one of his worst nightmares— those aren’t the things that he looks forward to. i think tsukki loves winter, maybe because i see him as a softie who collects sweaters, hoodies, and sweatpants that keep him comfy and cozy during cold nights and chilly mornings! WITH THAT BEING SAID, tsukki dies inside when he sees you wearing any of those following outfits of his. he might get annoyed at first that you don’t ask because he was planning on wearing them that day, but when you show up at his dorm clad in his night blue sweater with a little moon stitched on the side, there are no words coming out of his mouth. he will try to look menacing, eyes in a deadpan expression but you know he’s lying, and just stare at him with a doe-like face and put his hands in yours, swinging it back and forth as you drag him out of his room and into the snowy field. you don’t even think twice about getting matching sweaters because the boy will hate you for the rest of his life, but at least you got him to wear a reindeer headband for 2 seconds in the photobooth!! most of the time, you basically just bring him to anywhere you want to go. you guys look at the humongous christmas tree they placed in the center of the plaza, and you ask someone walking by if you can get a picture of the two of you in front of him. this way, tsukki can’t complain and will be semi-forced to pose with you hehe. you thought he’d just be standing there, arms to his side with a nonchalant expression but you actually feel him put his arm around your waist and lean his head down on top of yours. 

you can’t help the cheeky smile show on your face as you tiptoe just enough to reach his cheek, and once the guy said, “ok one more!” you steal a kiss on the side of tsukki’s small smile. “hey, what was—” “thanks, mister!! happy holidays!!” you avoid his stare, and get your phone back from the guy as you scroll through the pics he took (thank god only a few were blurry). tsukki keeps glaring at you, and you understand he’s not big into pda but uh, he started it with holding you close to him like that >:( “what?? you look so cute here, though!!” you whine to him, hoping he doesn’t ask that you delete it :( tsukki gives it a once over, a warm feeling creeping on his cheeks as he studies the picture: damn, is he whipped for you. he dismisses the overreaction on his part (for once), and takes your hand in his once more, asking where it is you wanted to go next. you’re surprised he left it like that, but you’re taking advantage of this situation and drag him to more festive stuff around the plaza <3

with your parents spending the holidays abroad and working overtime, tsukki’s mom invited you to their place instead and you’re!! more than happy and oh so grateful!! tsukki doesn’t show it but he’s actually extremely nervous,, what if you don’t like his family?? what if his brother is too annoying for you, what if this isn’t the kind of in-laws you were expecting— wait, he’s thinking too far ahead and you’re looking at him with raised eyebrows. quick! he turns away from your gaze, biting his lip at getting caught with his overthinking. “tsukki, you okay?” you ask gently, looping your arm around his as you guys near his house. “yeah…” he responds lamely, and you’re not sure if he wanted you at his house for the holidays or what… but you shake the negativity away and tell yourself that this is an opportunity to show your own personality to his family!! you’re greeted by a boisterous even taller guy at the door, and his also really tall mom waving at you from the kitchen, finishing up the grand dinner. “mom and i thought you were just pretending about your relationship, tsukki~” akiteru nudges him, and you chuckle at your boyfriend’s helpless look on his face, as if telling you this is what i dealt with during my childhood. but the holiday celebration with his family went super smooth!! his mom cooked amazing homemade dishes, and tsukki was actually smiling and laughing along the poor jokes akiteru made, it was so endearing to watch. you asked to help with the clean up as tsukki and his brother play volleyball outside in the cold. 

“i’m so glad he has you,” his mom comforts you, and you nod your head in thanks while you wipe the plates clean. “i’ve never seen him so… cheerful like this, you know?” what a heartwarming thing to say :(( and yet you thought he was just finally letting loose because he’s at home!! his mom turns in early that eve of christmas, and his brother goes out to have a nightly beer sesh with his hometown friends before christmas morning tomorrow. you and tsukki are left alone in his room as you marvel at the many dinosaur related merch, posters, and even stuffies he has in his childhood room!! “don’t say it,” he threatens you lightly, even though you’ve been well-aware of his fascination for the species. a little tired from the trip earlier and ngl you’re both full from the food, you lay down on the floor, pillows supporting your sleepy heads as tsukki shares the other side of his earphones. you listen to calming, lofi music for the night and at some point, he finds your fingers in his again. “thank you for having me, tsukki,” you whisper with a yawn, remembering the night days ago where you cried into his shoulder about missing your own family during this season. tsukki doesn’t respond as he hears your light snoring, and instead turns his body towards you as he caresses the side of your face, smiling at the beauty before him. “you’re always welcome here, dummy. you’ll always have me.”

bokuto koutarou

୨୧ ˻˳˯ₑ*॰¨̮  oof!! so many holiday parties!! gift giving exchanges!! dancing and singing, drinking and having the time of your lives! of course, bokuto asks first and foremost if you’re okay going to all of these celebrations with him as he has gathered a lot of friends from different majors, clubs, and such. you didn’t expect to come with him to all of them, tbh, but since he seems so excited to bring you along you found yourself nodding along! OOPS, what a wild ride it was to meet friends you didn’t even know he had. first, bokuto asked you to help him find some gifts for the exchange parties and you comply— you love thinking up presents for diff kinds of people! “would akaashi want this?” he points at a set of compression socks for sports “you’d want that more, bo” “oh oh!! how about this for kuroo?!” he leads you to the beauty section, hairspray littering the aisle “i think that’s more of an insult than a gift…” he’ll pout at his failure to think of the best gifts for his friends, but you cling to him with your linked arms and tell him not to worry— you kinda figured the kind of people his best friends are, so you suggest things off the bat: film roll for akaashi the photography minor, a mug with a pun-ny chem joke for kuroo, and a new case for kenma’s switch lite!! “wah! you know them better than i do,” he exclaims, eyes shining in excitement as you bring the gifts and other extra stuff to his apartment to help him wrap them. with this, bokuto came up with an idea to wrap the presents in the most creative way possible, and you just stare at him in awe as he tries to disguise the mug as.. a gingerbread man?? you don’t even know how he did it! as you tape up the finishing touches with the others, you eye a small gift wrapped box on the island counter along with a card next to it, all glittery and a name scribbled on top that you can’t make out where you were seated. 

“hey, bo, who’s that for?” you point at the suspecting box, and almost immediately bokuto body slams you on the ground, obstructing your view of the gift. “bokuto i can’t breathe—” you wheeze, laughing at the way he scrambles to get up from the position but his feet slips against the unused wrapping paper on the floor. “sorry, sorry i just— STOP LOOKING” he pleads, caging you with his arms either side your figure. the both of you pause, realizing the predicament you’re in until bokuto unleashes a sly smirk, eyes pointed at you with a mischievous glint. you know that look, so you start wiggling out of his way until he plops down on you again (mind you, he’s MANY inches taller than you and his built...whew, but that’s part of the problem right now!!) and blows raspberries on your neck, the audacity!! “tell me,” he whispers against your ear after a while, voice suddenly low in tone and your senses perk up. “have you been naughty or nice recently?” he continues hoarsely, and it doesn’t take long until you burst out laughing at his attempt of being flirty right now. he finally releases you, feigns hurt from your reaction but he knows what a goofball he is.

anyway, you put all the gifts in the car and head to the many parties he was invited to!! and honestly, you enjoyed yourself albeit it got really tiring to show up with much enthusiasm compared to the last. but bokuto on the other hand never runs out of energy for some reason!! he’s still winning the games, singing his heart out with his friends, and trying all the foods in the potluck, even shamelessly!! feeding you too! it’s embarrassing >< but in a way your heart swells with the thought of bokuto being very openly proud of his relationship with you, and how his friends seem to like you as well! pictures were taken, holiday spirits and gifts were exchanged and finally, he’s free for the night <3 you’ve been waiting for the right moment to give him your personal gift to your boyf (it’s an edited picture of the two of you at one of his winning games!! you can’t draw for sht but you are the best at adding lil stickers and cute petnames all around the photo hehe) you had it inserted in a picture frame too so the gift was relatively medium sized and rectangular. when you crash at his place, you ready yourself to give it to him, having second thoughts with how corny it must seem like… as you psych yourself up on the couch, you feel his arms suddenly wrap themselves around you as he starts peppering your neck with lazy kisses. your chest tightens, eyes closed at the warmth of his lips on your skin but— you can’t get distracted!! “bo, i have something for you—” “i saved the best gift for last—” o, you say it at the same time and so you look at each other with blank stares, and then laugh at your awkwardness!! 

he lets you go first, your nerves slowly dissipating at the excited gleam in his irises, he’s so cute!! as he unwraps it, he hitches a breath, looks at you then the picture and you again and— let’s say your face was just full on bokuto territory only ;-) as much as you were enjoying his attention all on you, his gift wasn’t opened yet!! bokuto went from confident to shy mode again, hiding his face with only one eye peeking out to watch you…. for some reason, since it was a tiny box you blurted out, “don’t tell me it’s a ring, bo.” as a joke but bokuto suddenly freezes at your words. and you had to stop unboxing to make sure he doesn’t go all pale on you, but also??? was he really???? GOING TO???-- “DID YOU WANT ME TO GET YOU A RING?? I CAN RETURN THE EARRINGS TODAY, I THINK I STILL HAVE THE RECEIPT—” “bo, it’s okay!!! omg no T_T” you take his hands off his face to look at him lovingly, a kiss on his pouty lips as you reassure him his presence is all that you can ever want, but whatever it was he gave you, you’ll cherish just the same!! so finally, once you take the lid off the box you see an adorable pair of owl earrings!! it’s so cute and it reminds you of him and thats probably why he got that for you :’)))) “i also wrote you a letter but please read it when i’m asleep or something…” aww shy bokuto!! >< you never thought you’d see the day :’)

kuroo tetsurou

୨୧ ˻˳˯ₑ*॰¨̮  man.. i just know this guy wouldn’t want to let leave… the bed… with him… on christmas day. imagine something like having to stay until he can for his duties at work which ended up til late christmas eve :( you were looking forward to spending time with him back at his hometown since you don’t necessarily celebrate the specific holiday, but being with tetsurou for almost a year now and knowing he does— you wanted it to be special and memorable for him! he felt really bad making you stay at his apartment until he finishes up work, really zooming through all the documents and stuff he needed to complete just so he can spend at least a few hours of christmas eve with you. when he got home, his heart dropped to his stomach at the sight of you falling asleep on the couch, right next to the lit up christmas tree you two decorated a week ago (thats how busy he has been! you opted to fix the tree yourself, but tetsu insisted on doing it together since it’s your first holiday with him!). your favorite blanket was wrapped around you but your feet were dangling midway with no socks on and he just >:( had to carry you to bed and tuck you in— all of you!! 

he changes to a sweater and pjs before readying himself to carry you against his chest. his own body is exhausted from working non-stop, but he doesn’t let it get to him as he passes by the hallway and plops you gently on your side of the bed. you stir groggily, eyes refusing to open but you notice your surroundings are different. the room is dimly lit but the figure walking around the place isn’t amiss; with his hair sticking up and his wide shoulders, you know it’s your tired boyfriend finally home for the holidays. you smile, still sleep-induced but you try to reach over for him. “tetsu… come to bed, please,” you mumble but he hears you, and his back is against you but he smiles at your half-awake tone. “i’ll be right there,” he lets you know softly, and true to his word you feel the dip in the mattress with his warmth slowly exuding onto your own body, his hands easily finding themselves over you. you wiggle into his grasp, head against his chest and hands holding onto his waist. he feels warm, he feels like home, and you press a kiss where his neck meets his collarbones. “mm, merry christm…” you mutter, losing consciousness but he doesn’t mind. he lets you snore your way into dreamland, watching your eyelashes tickle the surface of your skin, lips partly open as you breathe in and out. suddenly, his tense muscles relax with your presence oh so close to you, and he sleeps soundly after a few minutes of admiring your face.

as the sunlight filters thru the windows, kuroo wakes up first but knowing it’s his day off (finally), he relaxes into the bed and just observes the tiny details of your face, same as the night before but with some of the brightly shining rays of the sun hitting the right spots— you’re breathtaking to him. he feels you stir in his embrace so he pretends to snore because he knows you like to get up as soon as you feel awake. “tetsu…” you mumble, popping out your head from his grasp to peer your eyes at him pretending to not hear you. “you’re a lousy liar, i know you’re up,” you tell him, rubbing your nose against him as a form of an eskimo kiss. it takes so much out of his restraint to bite his lip in pure love for you, so he gives in and kisses you on the lips. 

you are taken aback for a split second until you comply to his request, and you spend your first christmas morning with him in bed just like that <3 he still asks if you guys can spend the whole day just tangled into each other’s embrace but you lecture him playfully, knowing that he had a christmas party to attend to in the afternoon with his closest friends (bokuto, akaashi, kenma, and others) and you have a lovely dinner planned in the evening. he wiggles his eyebrows, fingertips tracing the exposed skin on your chest, “what if we skip all of that and i just have you for dinner instead?” “KUROO TETSUROU IT IS TOO EARLY FOR YOU TO SAY THAT RIGHT NOW—” you swear to god, it is his teasing and malicious intent that will kill you one day. but the blush on your face doesn’t go unnoticed, and yet kuroo complies with your light nagging, getting up and getting ready for the day. you’re happy that he finally has the day off, and being with his friends during the party truly lightened up his mood. afterwards, he then asks where you got a reservation during the busiest time of the year, and you just winked at him and zipped your mouth. 

since you ate a bit at the party, you knew you had some time to finish prepping the food you had prepared the night before, it all just needed to bake or be cooked on the pan. and bec of his exhaustion last night, he didn’t even open the fridge at all so there were zero suspicious at your surprise dinner. urging him to take a long, hot bath, he drags you with him. “you seriously want me to take a bath by myself?” he says in shock horror, and normally you would join him hah but you tell him that your parents are calling, just wanting to say hello. a little sad, kuroo nods in understanding and so he goes about his way while you cook the food with haste. he likes to take his time in there but you know you won’t finish beforehand, so once he’s out of the bathroom, you immediately go right in front of him to hide the view of the kitchen. you played yourself, seeing kuroo only in his bathrobe with his chest exposed, you slap him right at the center to ignore the sensation in the pit of your stomach. “what?? what’d i do???” “existing right in front of me like that!!” kuroo laughs at your embarrassment, but kisses you on the forehead nonetheless. he ignores the obvious smell of pasta and chicken in the apartment, ignores the messy apron you forgot to take off because he thinks you really wanted to surprise him. so he goes to the room to change, thinking about how lucky he is to have you in his life. the rest of the night ends up with the both of you having a romantic dinner in the dining room, talking about everything you already know about each other—but it never feels repetitive. he always feels so renewed with you, falling in love every day.

Frozen Fan Fest Haul and doll comparison/review

Well after a VERY long day, didn’t get a chance to unbox my dolls until the past hour), seeing most of the other dolls I wanted when I was out earlier, I FINALLY Got Me Some Frozen 2 Anna Dolls, The Basic Hasbro Doll you can just everywhere, and the Singing Anna Doll from the Disney Store!

Really Glad I was able to find both of these. For the Hasbro Anna I had to go to both walmarts as the first one barely had any frozen 2 stuff beyond what I saw when I went there last week, so I went to another walmart that’s a little out of the way I haven’t been to before and found her no problem and saw all the other Hasbro F2 stuff out currently! It all looks so good! The Disney Store Doll I found no Problem, They had Plenty of the Singing Anna Dolls, singing Elsa dolls, kirstoff dolls, and the prologue doll 2 pack, among most of the other disney store merch like the little figurines and such.

First Up I’ll be Looking at the Hasbro Frozen 2 Anna Doll. First Impressions I overall like her a lot, her outfit looks nice, her hair looks and feels great, Decently proportioned, and she’s pretty good for a hasbro doll

Her Face is Very Cute, very Warm and Friendly, even if it doesn’t look too much like Anna IMO.

Her Hair is also Very nice, and I really like the F2 Anna hair style with her hair down save for the one braid going around the back and down, this doll pulls it off quite nicely

Her outfit Looks nice but ALL the Detail is printed on, though some other Hasbro Dolls have a physical sash on her waist and not a printed on one. My problem with her outfit is i’m not a fan of the Weird...idk.. Felty I guess... Material they used, The un even loose ends of the Coat/Cape thing gets stuck on the main dress a lot and this outfit just doesn’t feel good to touch or hold honestly

Also the Coat/Cape thing both a separate item from the dress and attached to t he dress and can’t be removed. Kind of a Bummer Honestly, though some Hasbro Anna dolls don’t even come with it so that’s something.

She Has Painted on legs, and Barbie Heel Feet like other Hasbro Anna Dolls. It’s fine for a Mass Market Retail doll. I don’t expect pants or leggings but they would be nice.

Her Boots are nicely detailed, though sadly unpainted. Some of  the Hasbro F1 dolls have Painted details on the boots, and others don’t so I guess this makes sense.

Problems with the outfit aside I quite Like this doll, especially for a Hasbro doll, they are definitely getting better!

Next Up is the Disney Store Singing Anna Doll. Fist Impressions... I LOVE THIS DOLL!!!(for the most part). I really only have one or 2 minor issues with her and that’s it

Her face is Amazing. The new Face Sculpt just looks fantastic, though slightly annoyed at the side glace but it looks good on her. We’re Getting closer and closer to that 1000% on model Anna Face, we just need her to have a straight glance. Also you can kinda see it in the pic here but she has a weird smudge on her face. not sure why, was like that in the box, gonna try to get rid of it.

Her Hair Looks very Nice, Loving the Curls, BUT...it’s style glued in a way to look like it’s blowing in the wind. Not a fan. I Love the curls but would rather just long straight hair, might fix that maybe, if not on this one then on other Disney store F2 Anna dolls I know i’m going to get.

Her Outfit Looks FANTASTIC. She actually has a sash! (even if it’s only on the front side). All the Detail Looks awesome and so far spot on to the movie!

You can Actually Remove the CoatCape thing! and she Looks really good in just the black dress

Though the Back side is Plain and has nothing going.

The boots are Very Nicely Detailed, have the Purple underside (kinda hard to tell here), and have the gold bits painted on, though the boots this time around feel way more soft and rubbery in comparison to the previous Disney store Anna Boots.

Undressing her and she Has Painted on Leggings/Pants (and it’s not just her legs like the hasbro doll), which the disney store Frozen Fever Anna dolls also had. Kinda bummed out but not too surprised. Also she has One Articulated Arm and one non articulated arm to accommodate for the singing feature. 

Her Speaker is in the shape of a heart and I dig it, I think other singing disney store dolls also have heart shaped speakers. For most of today I thought the singing feature on mine didn’t work because I couldn’t get her to do it in the box, but figured it out at around midnight and got it to work. I would post a video but it’s VERY VERY Loud surprisingly and I don’t wanna wake my folks up. She sings A snippet from “The Next Right thing” and it sounds great, will post about tomorrow.

Overall I REALLY Like this doll. She looks great, is amazingly deatailed, and is just a beautiful Piece. Definitely Looking forward to hopefully more articulated non singing variants that i’m fairly certain are coming. I think that JC penny Anna and Elsa set might not be as articulated as regular disney store dolls like the previous JC penny dolls, though IDK yet this is just a guess.

Final Thoughts, I’m Very Very Happy with these dolls. I’m slightly disappointed with The Hasbro Anna mainly with her outfit but she’s still great. I  L O V E  the Disney Store Singing Anna (though I really don’t care about the singing feature), Really Happy to have a Brand new Disney store Anna with a brand new face sculpt, with her Awesome Frozen 2 Look. Definitely Looking forward to getting more Hasbro and Disney store Frozen 2 Dolls.

【#GradblrChallenge & 100 Days of Productivity】

■ 08.13.18 // (day 013/100) ————————————————

Well, I missed #gradblrchallenge and #100dop posts for the 10th, 11th, and 12th. I know it doesn’t matter but I’m trying to keep a streak. I did have a lot of productivity still, even though I wasn’t posting, so I’ll count it. I cleaned up the house a lot last week, and this Saturday and Sunday night Trev’s parents spent the night, so there was a lot of hosting related things that needed to be done. I also spent some time Sunday night planning for classes since registration was at 9am this morning.

I was up early since they were leaving and I needed to help them with their stuff and all. I had an alarm set for 8:55am and literally 1 second after it turned 9, I had my 3 classes successfully registered. :) So I got the time slots I wanted. I think they’ll be good. They’re basically afternoon classes at opposite ends of the week. I wouldn’t mind having some morning classes, but the only morning option was 9am and that’s too much. Too optimistic! I’ll post about my class schedule later, I made a really cute visual for it (to make it less scary, my specialty, lol). I’m getting pretty excited about classes. I know by the time it comes, I will just be 100% fear, but right now I’m excited to finally be going to school for something I care a lot about, and to be taken seriously in it.

Oh yeah, Saturday I also went to a work party for Trev, and I met a public defender there that worked at the youth center and he was like “when you’re interning for grad school, you should look into working with us”. So I might have made a connection there, which is pretty cool! I’m not sure if that’s the area I want to work in, but I’ve thought about it before, so who knows! Also, they live nearby and they like cats (him and his wife/gf?), so maybe new friends? That would be nice. We haven’t really made many friends up here yet. It’s so hard to make friends as an adult... :(

Photos from today are very unrelated to what I’m posting about, lol. I was shopping for new glasses (decided to hold off on buying any though, idk) and was using Snow to see how round frames would look on me, lol. I walked Cash as usual, some roses are blooming. The sky looks really hazy and sad because of all the forest fires... :/ And I got this sweet floppy boy in the mail from an online antique store I found randomly. He reminded me of Twitch for some reason. :)

Got another kitten update today, just a quick pic. I’ll post it tomorrow.

Oh I guess I got my files organized today, too. I pulled them off my phone and a few off the comp and put them on my hard drive. I cleaned up a little after the in-laws left. Ugh, I feel really tired. Goodnight!

today i:

- woke up at 8:30am ish. chilled in bed for a bit and then made a pb&j sandwich

- got ready to head to sf. helped my airbnb host a bit with a tesla order. took an uber express pool to ocean beach in sf for corgi con. it was like an hour ride but it was only $6 o_o i was surprised

i got there around 11am and spent about an hour looking at ALLLLLL THE CORGIS. SOOOO CUTE. i took a bunch of slow mo video on my phone, i’m hyped to put together a video of it tomorrow

they also had corgi ninja warrior. basically an obstacle course. we watched 10 or so corgis run through the track. it was pretty entertaining because most of them weren’t trained, or were trained enough to follow a treat. it was soo cute

- met up with jwoos around 1pm. he also brought his friend michael and we tried to get a quick snack cause all of us were hungry. but the deli and grocery store near the beach had really long lines cause of the event. there were like at least a thousand people on the beach. i think... but yeah we wanted a snack and then go back to the beach to see the doggos cause jwoos and michael hadn’t seen it yet. 

side note, my eyes were also kind of burning. i forgot my sunglasses in my other backpack >.> and i had no hat ugh

also sam came along, which was a nice surprise. she just moved to sf two weeks ago and won’t start work for another week or so. the four of us met up, then walked back to the beach. we decided to eat afterwards, cause corgi con ended at 2pm and by the time we’d eat, it’d be over

so we went to the beach and wandered around. the fashion show/race events had already finished :/ so we just kind of wandered around on the beach and saw people’s corgis

- around 2pm we walked a couple blocks and got dim sum at feng ze yuan. the wait was about 15 minutes so we chilled and then went inside. we ordered a lot of food and it was awesome. we were sooo hungry so it was very filling

- we tried to get boba at some place called purple kow since it was close by. but the line was too long. so we decided to go to teaspoon, which was on the east side of SF. but we figured we might as well go there and then stop by lombard street. jwoos, sam and i ubered there. michael parted ways to go to moma i think to meet up with some of his other friends

- we got to teaspoon after like 20-30 minutes of driving. driving in sf takes forever... anywho we got there, i charged my phone, and we got some boba. it was pretty good. my phone was low on battery cause i spent all morning recording corgis on my camera, so i guess that usage drains battery...?

anywho, we walked like 10 minutes to lombard street, then took some pics and walked down the iconic zig zag. it was p whack

we walked a couple blocks down and then we decided to go home. idk why but we were pretty exhausted. and it was like 4:55pm or something. i guess it’s just daunting to try to plan stuff here cause everything’s so far apart. and the sun’s also shining on us so maybe that makes us tired. i feel like we’d have more energy in NYC

- sam took an uber home. jwoos and i chilled in a public library for a bit. we went there cause i needed to piss SO badly... i think the boba triggered something and i just had to piss. we decided to uber from sf to my place, and then jwoos would uber from my place back to his place (in redwood). he saved about $10 by doing this two legged trip instead of taking a direct uber from sf to redwood

- we ubered for like an hour... from 5:30 to 6:30pm. it was such a long car ride. eventually we got back to my place, then jwoos ubered home

i ordered chipotle again from door dash and then went to take a shower. it was nice cleaning off all the remaining sand from my lower body

i watched two more episodes of the office S3E22 and S3E23. it was the season finale and omg i love this part of the show. jim comes back from an interview with corporate and interrupts pam’s interview to ask her out on a date. ugh so much feeeeeels

i also briefly met our third roommate, karl, who’s also gonna be working at the same company for the summer

so yeah... that’s what i did for the past hour (one normal 20 min episode then a 40 min episode for the finale)

- now i’m blogging yesterday’s post and today’s post

i think i’m gonna play some fortnite and then sleep. it’s 10:21pm

i am kind of tired tho. like it’s hard for me to keep my eyes open rn

No one dies in this issue! I can’t promise that for future issues. And if you think about it, I have killed very few people in my RL. For example, Crimson, Dom, Nikolas, Bastian, Lark, Luna, Mark/Mercury Luke Sr., Lyra, and Polaris all had near brushes with death yet didn’t die. I only killed the Sexecutioner, Eridanus, Ate, a mystery mage, and Clover (bad guys, I might add). And Crux was fiiiiiiiine.

This is true, and I didn’t mean to come across as ethnocentric. There are a lot of times I’m okay with people ordering for me (if it’s a type of food I don’t know much about, or if they know a lot about alcohol and I’m at a nice bar, etc.). I really wanted to show that a) Alex is presumptive, because Nova has definitely had a hamburger before and can order for herself and b) Nova is defensive, because it was a seemingly nice gesture and she got really angry.

Also, avocado makes everything magical. ;)

Yeah, performers can be hard to deal with. I usually put them in high traffic rabbit holes, but I renovated that park especially for this comic (and then didn’t really show it).

I’m really tired and sleepy but I’m fighting the jetlag with writing this post.

So far I love Japan and I hate how easy it is to spend money. I know the first week or so will be the most expensive-feeling bc of my travelling/accomodations and whatnot, but still im sad

Anyways, to  the diary thing.

My flight landed in Tokyo Haneda International Airport much earlier than expected. To be exact, my 5:40am plane landed around 3:30am. Because of this, I had 10 hours instead of 8 to kill in Tokyo before my next flight around 1:30pm. I was going to hang out at the airport BUT I DECIDED TO GO TO TOKYO INSTEAD

idk if it was a good or bad idea bc taking the train cost me. (Also I didn’t know how to use the coin lockers to store my luggage so the locker ate my money 😦 )

Things I noticed in Tokyo, Japan:

It’s actually just like I learned it’d be from anime…so much so that it seems unreal

C O N V E N I E N C E  S T O R E S

Mind you, it was around 7am when I got there so the city was still asleep. But I could feel it coming to life when the sun rose, though I was on my way back to the airport because my feet started to hurt.

I walked so much today. I didn’t have to but I did. My meals were onigiri and sandwiches from the conbinis, and honestly it was more than enough

When I finally got to the Kansai Airport, I headed to my ryokan where I’d stay for the night in Izumi-Sano near Osaka. The family-owned ryokan had a old-fashioned Japanese style simple room (so many adjectives lol) and it’s just my cup of tea (they actually served me tea lol). I got here around 3pm and was SO TEMPTED to just stay in and relax but I wanted to go out and explore the area so I DID and it was a half good half bad idea.

My adventure in Izumisano:

There are older buildings than there were in Tokyo. Some of them looked REALLY old!! So beautiful!!

That being said, alot of abandoned buildings and lots

There weren’t that many people in some areas

Some stray sakura trees!

Some individual fields that were cutely taken care of

a grandpa was cutting a bush into a duck

**Highlight: I let myself get lost. I left my phone at the ryokan to charge, and I only had my camera and wallet. I saw a sign for a McDonald’s and got excited to try the Japanese one… Walked around for 2 hours, clearly longer than it should have taken me to get there, getting lost in the scenery before I got actually hungry and asked for directions back to the station at a pharmacy lol BUT in the middle of my exploration, among the more unoccupied streets, I stumbled upon an old temple. I don’t think I was allowed to be  in there but I was and I took some tourist pics before a square car came and I hurriedly sneaked off

Maybe I’ll upload some pictures. Yeah, maybe I will. Here’s that sketchy but pretty temple: (PS im terrible at taking pictures lol and this is just before I ran away)

Japan – 04.04.2018. 18:53. (TOKYO; IZUMI-SANO) I'm really tired and sleepy but I'm fighting the jetlag with writing this post. So far I love Japan and I hate how easy it is to spend money.

Life has been good. Strange yet good. Last time I wrote a personal post was July 3rd. It’s the 18th now. It feels like it’s been both years and mere days between now and then. I feel like I’ve been 20 different people and lived whole other lives. I love it when life feels like this. It’s my favorite. But it’s still a lot. Those first gifs are from this Block Party I went to on the 30th (please excuse the dates I’m just trying to get a handle on time.. and how it continuously passes.. without my goddamn knowledge or permission!!) I went with my friend Norman and actually got out of the goddamn house and partied my ass off and it was fantastic. So much fucking fun. I felt like a normal 22 year old. Jumping around and going to bars and clubs and living. Just L I V I N G. It was good. Me swigging booze on my rooftop with Sydney is from the 4th of July. Period of alcoholism and mania after mConnor hit me. Not knowing how to deal. Seeing Shadi was the 7th. And was amazing and exactly what I needed. Cried about Connor, vented about life. But hard also because I know I won’t see her again for a while. She’s busy and I get it. But goddamn it was what I needed and I wish her job didn’t take so much of her time. Connor smoking a joint is from the 10th. We hung out that night and just cruised and everything felt normal. I quickly realized I was actually manic and that was probably why. Took advantage of that and hung out the next night too. Had one of the better nights I’ve ever had. Not sure why, I was just very, myself. Even manic (which he pointed out to me also) I just was me. We just talked about everything and anything and layed on the roof on our backs and he smoked and we looked at the stars. I love being his friend. But I don’t know if it will ever stop hurting. The girlie kissing me is Ellie!! (Thank u tinder??) Who I actually met on the 8th and was one of the things Connor and I chatted about. How fucking gay I am and how I refuse to accept it because of my mothers issues. She’s amazing and poly and lovely and we’re dating now. The picture is actually from two nights ago. Sleepovers and sex and cuteness. She’s lived a rough life and understands me and it’s awesome. I bought her the gayest stuffed animal earlier and I’m pumped to give it to her. I’ve cried multiple times over how good I feel FINALLY accepting myself. I’m bi, but have been actively denying a whole half of who I am. More than half even, cause I am very, very, gay. Talked to Syd and Nora and Conner about it, had so many good talks and cries. So that’s awesome. The painting is what I’ve been working on the past few days, even thought I started it a week ago I just came back to it. And the pics of Sydney and I are from tonight! We had an awesome day. She came home from work early and we watched true crime shows and I painted, and then she took a nap and I was her alarm (idk why but I love that shit that’s that friend shit lmao) and then we got dressed up (well for us hahaha) and went to Playa Azteca in NH and got chimichangas and a big ass strawberry margarita and then went to this place called Bull Moose which is like this awesome store with tons of random stuff and Syd bought me a no face stuffed animal (!!!!) and I got some incense and bought a cat/unicorn stuffed animal for Ellie. Syd also found a Salvador Dali candle and a Bill Murray art book (so fucking her) and she has the day off tomorrow so we gonna do more fun stuff probably but yeah. Life ees good. Other random stuff - - I think I want to become a nurse. - might get temporary job helping this disabled woman/nannying/or being a preschool photographer ?? All up in the air. -I’m on lamictal and it seems to be working wonders. Makes my adderrall less euphoric but that’s prob good cause that’s usually when it induces mania. -I’m moving soon and I just need to write that down and start planning and accepting it. Fin!
