As I said it before, I'm totally fine with Rebecca and the Dutch Boat Bloke being just a one-time thing, but still, I'd love to see some more stuff about them, so here is their reunion:

Better late than never

Despite weeks had passed since A.F.C. Richmond's trip to Amsterdam, Rebecca Welton's lips still curled up as she thought of that night in that house boat in the Dutch capital. However, as time went on, she found it harder and harder to recall the features of the gorgeous stranger: his face, his smile, his voice. What she could still remember was the way her made her feel: warm, cozy, safe. Gezellig.

The whole thing could have gone really wrong as she ended up in the house of a complete stranger, in a foreign country, with her phone in the Canal and without anyone knowing her whereabouts. But luckily, it turned to be one of the best nights of her life. It was perfect in its own way, but sometimes she found herself wondering who this man exactly was, even though she learned more about him at that one night than about others whom she knew for years. What she didn't know was his name and he didn't know hers either - at that moment, it didn't seem important. Still, sometimes she regretted not asking it, especially when she noticed that she began forgetting what he looked like. If he just walked into the pub, she wouldn't even recognise him.

Right at the moment she thought about that, she spotted him. For a moment she thought it was her mind playing tricks on her, but taking a closer look, she knew it was really him, eating fish and chips at one of the tables. Although she couldn't have described his features in details, seeing the bald man with blue eyes and a short beard, wearing a navy blue Ralph Lauren T-shirt, she was sure it was him.

"Fuck me," she mumbled, shaking her head a little, with her eyes glued to the gorgeous stranger.

Feeling her gaze on himself, the bald man looked up from his lunch and the sight made him drop the fork onto the table.

"Is this real, or is it just happening in my head?" he wondering, and his astonished expression truned into a grin in disbelief.

"I was asking myself the same question," Rebecca said as she stepped closer to his table. "What are you doing here?"

“I’m visiting a friend,” he replied, still looking at her in awe. After all, this was the first time he saw her in full armor: a pink sleeveless blouse, a gray pencil skirt and a pair of black stilettos. “What are you doing here?”

“I live here,” she told him. She had just had lunch with her mother who (luckily) had left already.

“That's quite a coincidence. Do you want to sit down?” he wondered, gesturing towards the chair opposite his.

“And where’s your friend?” she asked once she was seated. 

“In the office,” he said. “Unfortunately, there is no such thing as a take-your-friend-to-work day, so he left me alone.”

“What is your plan, then?”

“Is there any take-your-one-night-stand-to-work day here?” he asked with a small grin.

“Why, is there such thing in The Netherlands?” Rebecca asked in a teasing tone.

“No, it hasn’t been introduced yet. Thank God,” he added with a chuckle.

“No, we don’t have it either,” Rebecca said. “But if you like, I can give you a few suggestions of some local sights.”

Her gaze met his blue eyes and they both smiled.

“I’d love that,” he said. “And you know, my friend plays in a small, indie rock band in a nearby bar tonight. Would you like to join me at the concert?”

“Sure, why not?” she said, even though the last time she had listened to any indie music was when Ted brought that guitarist guy from the street to the club’s charity gala. But she had a good feeling about this. Gezellig, she thought to herself as she glanced at the Dutchman in front of her.

Once he told her which bar it was, he took his wallet out of his pocket, fished out a piece of paper, then he wrote down his phone number and handed it to her.

“You can call me in case anything happens,” he said.

Their fingers briefly touched as she took the note from him, making her smile grow wider. She typed his number into her phone and tapped the call button.

“And this is mine, in case anything happens,” she said.

Later that afternoon, when she was back in her office, Rebecca’s phone started ringing and on the screen she could see a Dutch number.

“I’ve just realised that I still don’t know your name,” she heard the familiar deep voice and she couldn’t stop smiling.

“You haven’t asked,” she said.

“You haven’t asked mine either,” he pointed out.

“There were more important things to talk about.”

“Anyway, it’s Erik,” he told her, and she could tell he was smiling.

“And I’m Rebecca,” she said.

P.S.: Giving him this name is my headcanon only, and I named him after the soldier Matteo van der Grijn played in the musical Soldaat van Oranje because the little aeroplanes might have been a reference to that (thanks to @dr-doomsduck for pointing that out!).

A: Hello, Edoardo! It's a pleasure to have you here, and I'm delighted you chose me to step out of your comfort zone. I hope you feel comfortable being here. I'd like to start by asking how you would describe your personal style, considering your more timid and discreet nature?

E: Thank you for the invitation, Arabella! You're sweet... I think I have a very classic, basic style. I don't strive to be the most stylish guy in the world; in everyday life, I wear whatever is in the closet. When I have an important event, I ask my girlfriend to choose the outfit – she definitely understands more about it than I do. I prefer to be discreet, with plain pieces and not too much fuss. I often wear Ralph Lauren, Tommy, and now Prada.

A: How has your relationship with your family influenced your life and style choices?

E: My whole life has been trying to follow what my parents taught me and please them. My family is very traditional, and I think my reserved, quiet personality comes from there. I've always seen my father as an inspiration, and I believe I dress like him, especially now that I'm getting older; most of my clothes used to be his.

A: Are there elements of your native culture that you like to incorporate into your style?

E: I'm not the biggest patriot, and honestly, I don't care much about Spanish culture, so no, there aren't.

A: Do you see any connection between your academic background and your unique approach to style?

E: Not anymore, maybe when I was in college, but it's hard to say. I think every teenager studying engineering dresses the same, and I didn't think much about having my own style at nineteen.

A: What are the challenges and benefits of staying a bit away from the spotlight?

E: The challenge is obviously being with someone in the media; I always have to look for more secluded places without paparazzi to go out – it's annoying. I hate gossip and people talking about me; those are the biggest advantages, not having people scrutinizing what I do. It's good to be away from all that craziness; I don't like exposing myself.

A: Regarding your personal life, can you share a bit about your relationship with Ivy Prada and how you met?

E: She's going to kill me, but I really don't remember how we met; it all happened very quickly, and before I knew it, we were living together. Ivy is smart, I like her.

A: Is there any Jewish cultural element that you unintentionally incorporate into your personal style?

E: Not intentionally. Being Jewish and growing up in Judaism made me who I am, so it definitely reflects in my clothes and everything.

CLARA SOS! My first date ever is with a man to go ice skating at an outdoors xmas market. Assuming followed by dinner out. Outfit ideas?

Okay so I'm going to give you two different answers. Technically speaking it's the same formula but two different vibes, one flowier one mor structured. Let's gooo

First and foremost: pants. I'm such a huge fan of skirts, everyone knows that, however, there's nothing worst than falling over while skating and feeling your whole body freeze because you had nothing but tights protecting your legs. So yeahh, jeans. Any will do, but I'm a fan of the Brandy Melville low rise boot cut ones... basic, ik. Idc though.

I think once you chose to wear jeans, you sort of have to construct your whole outfit around decentering the jean-ness of it all, and there's nothing better than a flowy blouse to do that, let's be honest. Over it, I'd put a huge leather jacket, with a matching bag, both in brown, bringing the outfit down to earth, but in an coordinated manner.

I'd mix the feminine and almost country themes in the shoe area. I love how the snakeskin texture and the slingback model just sort of bring it all together. The cherry on top, of course, would be this gorgeous Hermes snake scarf. Parallels and more parallels. Oh, and no outfit moodboard of mine would be complete without an Alexandre de Paris headband

This second option is literally what I was wearing when I went ice skating with my friends. It was more casual I guess, since afterward we only went to get hot chocolate + aperitivo... But still

I'm once again pushing my Wear Jeans while ice skating agenda, I'm sorry for being boring! ButI love these mid rise ones from Reformation, so cute.

Golden Gooses, which I've been wearing literally EVERYWHERE recently but whatever, i love em. They're casual, but not slobbish? And they're also so fun, which is always a plus.

I was wearing a random creme massimo dutti sweater I got years ago, and still holds up just fine. I know I'm a hypocrite for hating on Zara and then wearing Massimo Dutti, but whatever ahhaha.

And then a chanel pochette on chain + black velvet headband as my super mega basic accessories. Cute, practical and simple.

Class 1A if they had brand deals as Pros

Headcanons for real life brand endorsements/sponsorships I think some of the Class 1A kids would have as pro heroes:

Tenya Iida

-Definitely would have a contract with Nike

-He'd have his own Jordans, they'd probably call them the "Ingeniums" or something lol. They'd be limited edition (like part of a line of Pro Hero themed shoes), only a certain number of them in existence

-Not a sneaker head myself, but they'd probably be mostly white, navy blue, and grey, and they'd have a cloth/soft plastic version of his pipes attached to the sides just like his costume. It would be cool if instead of the jump man symbol, they switched it for a silhouette of him midstride.

-His promotional posters would be amazing too! It would be a long banner they hang up along the store window of him running midstride while wearing his shoes. There would be this dramatic "whoosh" effect going behind him and the background is blurry, but he'd be in sharp detail w either an intense expression or like a slight smile.

-Trust and believe I'd be the first in line for my Ingeniums, pre-ordered and everything lol

Izuku Midoriya

-Based on the shoes he wears w his hero costume, I could see him having a deal w Timberland

-They’d come in a green shade w options for either brown or black accent and a hint of red (like in the laces)

-Could also see him with a Nike contract, especially since Deku is basically always wearing high top Jordans w all his outfits. They’d be the exact design he wore in high school so they’d be considered retro

-His ad campaign would so cool too, like they could use an old Polaroid style pic of him in high school (probably regular clothes) wearing them. They’d have it hanging up as a poster or printed on the shoebox (or both), and they’d probably have a motivational blurb edited onto the the bottom of the picture, written in Izuku’s handwriting like “never stop believing -Deku” or something, lol. Oh or they could have something they wrote themselves like “Who said new was always better?” inside the shoebox/on the posters, since they’re supposed to be throwback.

-Another ad idea could be him mid-kick (like a dynamic pose lol), and u could see the motion lines just like in Iida’s poster (would be cool if it was just a black background, and the lines were in neon green or something). If any of y’all play the BNHA One’s Justice game on switch, I’m imagining the “shoot style” Deku for this one.

Katsuki Bakugou

-Adidas, simply bc Deku had a deal with Nike.

-Would either have his own line of workout clothes or would just do ads for them.

-He’d do one of those commercials they do for famous athletes, where they’re doing a really intense workout (while wearing the clothes, ofc) and they’d have a voiceover of him saying motivational stuff abt hard work and what it takes to be a pro. It’s all dramatic and possibly in black and white

-BUT *if* he had a Nike endorsement....they’d still do the voiceover, but then in the last few seconds of the commercial, it would cut to him doing one last squat or sit-up or something, then he turns to the camera and he’s like “Just f*cking do it”, a very on brand thing for him to say (but ofc it’s censored bc it’s a tv commercial) 😭 I know this probably sounds lame but I like the idea so much.

-I could also see him having a deal with Ralph Lauren or Calvin Klein, one of those boujee brands, since his parents r fashion designers...and based on the loafers he always wears w his civilian clothes 💀

return of the white nikes with the red check indicate that they are his fashion nikes, while the blue nikes with the white check are his sport nikes. interesting.

this fit lasts like 48 hours and steve simply looks sexier as time goes on which is a testament to its quality as well as his inherent power

every new accessory elevates his appearance. roses, nail bat, rubber gloves, blood, sweat, band-aids, bandana, goggles... each element complements the look in its own way!

Reading this amazing article written by exposingsmd and didn't realize about Meghan choosing a colour which would make to pay attention to her first in Louis's christening!!!! So interesting!! Also it's point out that Meghan was never gifted a Tiara or a royal jewel because she was not trusted.... I'm gonna keep reading but I'd love to know your opinion about these two things!!

It just screamed LOOK AT ME!

Everyone knows that Kate is all about the flow of the photo and you know there was a strict color code. Meghan tossed that out the window. Also, the dress was Ralph Lauren so we suspected that this was not only her merching but paying back the brand who used to give her freebies and seats at the US Open. What way to pay back a favor than wear their outfit in a photo that will be used years from now and is historical.

The Queen Mary bandeau that Meghan wore is rumored to be the least favorite of the Royal tiaras. I don’t think it had been worn since Queen Mary in fact because no one liked it...when you look at the Cartier Halo Tiara that Kate wore, you will see that Queen Elizabeth, Princess Margaret, and Princess Anne had all worn the tiara so it really had some Royal prestige around it. Tells you what the Queen thought of Meghan but putting her in a tiara no one likes whereas months later the Queen lends her granddaughter Princess Eugenie a tiara that no one had worn before but came from outside the family and totally matched her entire look.

I have a theory on why Meghan’s dress was so plain because she thought was going to get a big deal tiara. For her to wear the Queen Mary bandeau didn’t make since with the simplicity of her gown.

Meghan also only got small pieces from Diana’s jewelry collection so that also tells me whoever is in charge of that jewelry isn’t letting the more significant pieces go to Meghan.
