there's something inherently saddening about staff eventually phasing out custom themes to prioritize dashboard view
#who gives a hoot#it's objectively worse and feels somewhat isolating#i think i feel so morose about this bc i have 10 years of archived tags and how will they be accessed then? all my effort for naught?#if i rb'd everything untagged and unorganized i would probably not care as much#but custom themes add so much flavor to the site#but i suppose businesses want to excise parts of the old internet (custom blogs) in their bid to stay relevant and profitable#if there's anything i hate it's wasted effort#but almost every update to this webbed site is a waste of effort so i'm the fool
