These are ocs I've made for ttcc I hope they're enjoyed

I can't share some atm. But maybe someday. So anyways here's the ones I can share right now

I'll give more content at some point! Who knows when!

the fic is just a bunch of ideas loosely sewn together for now and I'm not even sure if I'd have time to write it, but here's the two main ideas I'm battling with:

1. Fmab setting, kind of a fix it fic; reader is part of a family that's been serving the Armstrongs for generations (similar deal to Lan Fan and Fu with the Yao clan) and is sent to Ishval post Promised Day as a spy since things are getting messier and messier there. Turns out Scar and a whole Ishvalan faction are actively fighting for Independence (got very inspired by reading that one post of yours a few days ago). Possible tags include but are not limited to: enemies AND lovers, extremely slow burn, battles of wits to figure out who is trustworthy and who isn't, unbearable angst, bittersweet to "happy"? ending depending on Reader's development during the story to get the propaganda stick out their ass.

2. Once again a broho setting cause it's the one I'm most familiar with (I'm in the midst of rewatching 03); but we have an artist reader who's troubled past stops them from painting again. They start travelling in hopes of finding inspiration but get into a horrendous accident where they risk losing their arms — and the ability to paint ever again. They're rescued by the inhabitants of a nearby village where everyone keeps praising their miraculous doctor; that they'll be fine, they'll paint again for sure. Delirious from blood loss and the sheer fear of losing the one thing that makes them *them*, reader barely registers the doctor asking over and over again if they're sure they want to do this, if they're ready to pay the price— they accept, they say yes.

They get their arms back, they can still paint.

Here I'm not sure abt the details that'll lead to it except that they meet Scar at some point and form a bond, quite a profound one at that. The type of bond that makes them paint again; that brings vibrant reds in all things. And then they learn the truth of how they got their arms back, of the philosopher stone's nature... Potential tags: so much angst but what is a fma fanfic without it

Ooooh, I'm definitely piqued by the first fic idea! Love that the ask/post about Ishvalan Independence inspired this one. An opportunity to see someone flesh it out further would rock, omg. The intrigue over the Armstrongs having their own spy to sus out the Ishval rebuild, yet the spy gets wrapped up in Scar enough to earn the enemies AND lovers tag 👀

The second one, though a bit looser in its conceptualization, sounds juicy and heartrending. I can already see the horror from the revelation of the method that restored the reader's arms and what that does to the both of them. Poor reader insert, and poor Scar.

Now on the one hand I wanna goad you on to write both, because Scar fanworks (especially ones that actually centers him whatsoever) are far and few between. But on the other, that's a lotta work and I'm the last person on Earth to throw expectations of a hefty workload done in a timely manner onto others (I can barely get myself to do anything at a reasonable timeframe lol). Hard enough to find time to do things outside of our daily tasks/jobs/whatever else. Soooooo up to you, anon. I hope one of these ideas has enough of a stranglehold on ya to see it to fruition someday, but no pressure!

No sedatives tho. Only stimulants. For purely recreational and non-self-serving reasons ;)

1. How many works do you have on AO3?

Apparently I have 20? That's news to me lol. I would have guessed like 10 to 12. I've used this AO3 account for a while, I guess.

2. What's your total AO3 word count?

62,119 words, according to the statistics.

3. What fandoms do you write for?

Currently, only Baldur's Gate 3. Before that I was writing lightcanon for League of Legends.

Damn. Some of these are callbacks.. Not too surprised, though. These either have popular ships or popular fandoms. LoL lightcanon in 1, 3, and 4 make sense to me, even if I'm embarrassed by the writing in them. Continually shocked by To Muzzle a Gith. I guess Shadowzel is that popular? I don't know. I have so little desire to write for them again and the writing in it makes me cringe, tbh. Same with #5 LMAO. You couldn't pay me enough to reread the fics I wrote in highschool.

5. Do you respond to comments?

Yes, always! Well. If someone comments on something really old I might not? But only because im scared they'll ask me to update it lmao. But in general, yes! I love talking and hearing what people liked!

6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

If I'm including the 20 QOTD Challenge fic (and i am because this is my post), I'd have to give it to Nerves, ch19 of that challenge. I mean, its a flashback scene about killing a childhood friend (and maybe lover) for a crumb of an uncaring goddess' attention.

It's pretty much the only piece of angst I've written that doesn't have some overtone of hope to it. I'm hoping to work it into my act 1 rewrite because I like it so much.

7. What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

To me, its Savoring Seconds from the challenge. It's bittersweet but after everything those two have been through... It's the happiest I can envision them ever being. Maybe that's just my bias tho :P

8. Do you get hate on fics?

No? Do most people get hate on fics? I haven't had anything of the sort. Hard to imagine what that would even be like..

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?

Yes, I do. Outside of To Muzzle a Gith, I think I write pretty tame stuff? More emotional than anything.

10. Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written?

A Common Song was really the only crossover, but even then.. it was really just a League of Legends fic with a cyberpunk2077 au. It had some good ideas tho.. maybe I'll return to it some day.

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?

Not that I've noticed?

12. Have you ever had a fic translated?

Nope!

13. Have you ever co-written a fic before?

Not really. I've helped with brainstorming before but that's really all.

14. What's your all time favorite ship?

This.. is tough. I change fandoms too often for something like this 😭 If I had to pick a bg3 ship... Laz/Karlach. Is it cheating to say my OC ship? Probably. But fuck you, its MY post. I've cried multiple times on the bus just thinking about these two, no one else had quite the strangle hold on me. (I was thinking abt Karlach's funeral btw).

15. What's a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

A Common Song. I was cooking on some of those ideas but I was FAR too ambitious lmao

16. What are your writing strengths?

I'm... Not totally sure, to be honest. Its hard to read your own stuff and see what's uniquely strong. If you have any thoughts, please let me know!

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

I don't think my writing has much rhythm to it. I'd like to work on that. Also my grammar is shoddy at best. English classes were always my lowest grades :,)

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

For fantasy languages I think it's fun! It can add a lot of depth and creates a lot of insight to a characters culture. Dabbling with Drowic for example was a lot of fun.

But like, a real language? Naw. I don't know any other languages so unless it was a phrase I knew a character said in canon.. I wouldn't want to risk a shoddy google translate.

19. First fandom you wrote for?

Uh. It was either Invader Zim, Mass Effect, or SAO? I'm not totally sure. This would have predated AO3, when I was in middle school or something. I've tried to find those fics but I think they're genuinely lost.

Probably for the best lol.

20. Favorite fic you've written?

Currently, it is Snowfall. Once I post it, I think it'll be the act 1 rewrite.

hi!! im queso again, im going to send some stuff anout tpth if thats cool :)) - tag: "I promise this isn't as sad as it sounds" you lied to me - i like how you describe the different climates in the different months!! im usually not a fan of weather descriptions to start a story but they were interesting :) - the crushing hug!! gaghhh theyre so cute - i absolutely loved everything from the point they reach the jackson-blofis house to the end of the dancing scene.. i had read the sneak peek of sally and grover dancing and that was what got me hooked and waiting for this fic!! may draw that some time - i also remember the flip phone from the six sentence posts!! it's cool and cute despite the sadness of the situation - WOAGH THEIR FIGHT... THAT'S JUST. SO WELL DONE!!! THE WHOLE SCENE!! i think that is where i found annabeth and grover the most in-character in the whole fic and other than the dance it's my favourite part of it. hands down a great moment. i'd quote some lines but they'd take over this ask - the boxes!! THE RECEIPT. i fucking died. - i honestly thought i was the only person who also thought grover's mother had left. i thought i was the only person who thought about him being an orphan in the first place - the memory with percy.... the gughh EVERYTHING ABOUT THAT PART!!!!! - "Just this once, he thinks, I’ll be selfish." i am deceased i am laying down on your front door user aknosde - the receipt. is not inocuous at all. - SALLY GIVES HIM THE KEYS AND. UGH. I KNOW BABY. IT'S HARD BUT WE'LL BE ALRIGHT. DO YOU WANT ME DEAD - clarisse was a great choice for a character to play the role she plays in that point of the story i love clarisse and her and grover interacted very nicely - he cared enough to try and try again. fucking hell - ITS A CHANGE BUT ITS NOT A BAD ONE!!! YES!!! SHE'S GROWING AND LEARNING!!!! - the percy and grover scene is so sweet and kinda sad but sweet and nice and they really know eachother and they have that stupid tiny disagreement but it's resolved so quickly... preserve MY heart bc it's dying with me - THE PRINCESS DIARIES... THEYD DEFINITELY WATCH THOSE FILMS TOGETHER ALL THE TIME - love this fic ive been waitin for it since september or so and AGH,, thank you !!!

im glad you liked that scene. it was inspired by the entire whats going on album and the song dancing with your ghost by sasha sloan and i ended up really liking it too. also it does some pretty heavy lifting by setting the "norm" so you can see how things change, esp vis-a-vis sally, which is signified by grover taking over for annabeth in leading their dance (also your art is so cool if you did that i’d never shut up abt it)

im glad you liked the fight and found it in character!!! i felt it was super necessary for the story but also it was so much fun to write!! i love to see them all get angry!!!

i love sally jackson so much and while i dont think she's perfect i think she is very deeply good and she cares abt percy and his friends so much!! (also shout out to aftg for making me think abt the significance of keys 24/7)

i love clarisse i love her friendship with percy i love how mean she is and how much she cares ❤️ (also like ik annabeth isn’t a bitch in the books but she is assholeish towards rachel in botl when she’s concerned abt percy and i wanted something similar in this. so the target was drew. along w like,,, everyone else)

i never stop thinking about how percy didnt have any friends until grover and how percy was the first kid that grover treated as an actual friend, not a charge

annabeth is growing and learning!! she has so much growth even between tlo and moa!! the fact that she becomes comfortable saying ily is sooooo important to me and i decided that it was partially bc of grover

i wanted the final scene to wrap up the facets of percy that grover points out through the rest of the story and it was also important to me that we see that things aren't perfect once he gets back and that he and grover have points of contention just like grover had with annabeth. but also they've known each other forever and dont sweat the small stuff. thats real friendship <333

princess diaries!! like i said, i def think there are parallels between percy and mia and whether or not he and his friends realize it at this point i think its one of the reasons he likes watching it

honestly I had no idea how to go about this au I only thought about it on the fly but I am with you on thinking that it's the same in canon in terms of like... everything that happens happens but it's changed due to the three girls being plopped right into their universe

but u also got me thinking abt the trio dynamics w each other and that I didn't get into talking abt it on the ask post nearly as much as I wanted to for the sake of not clogging the dashboard so... I hope no one minds me wanting to drop my two cents as Well

ANYTHING W AUDREY REDEMPTION IS A PLUS FOR ME HONESTLY. I like two characters being on an unwilling truce and then somewhere along the way it turns genuine and someone gets adopted <3 super agree on the thing about audrey and sash hating each other, eyala works on some kind of middle ground between them. Perfectly recognizing those mentioned similarities and even commenting about it. The two would definitely argue a lot but like with what you said, they'd eventually admit to themselves that they ARE similar, and maybe that will give them enough reflection to work to better themselves. Somewhere along the way I'm wondering if they'll resent eyala.

I see u on kiwi having to be responsible for marcy's clumsy sake but I raise you; both of them being handled like excitable dogs on leashes by one agonized miriam. kiwi has never seen anyone so enthusiastic abt their world before, someone who has so many questions! that. sometimes. it gets harder. and harder to answer. bc they have no idea how to. But I like to think kiwi tries their best to match her excitement w their own!! And that whenever marcy asks for them to sing they will always comply gladly and merrily, to miriams disdain LOL. somewhere along the way, during the queen of winds... incapacitation, maybe, when marcy sees kiwi being depressed, maybe she starts to have thoughts about how her actions have consequences here, and seeing how much it's affected someone so bright, well. it's getting harder and harder to ignore the truth

miriam and anne are sooooo. they're so near and dear to me :))) out of all the trios they have the least amount of similarities towards each other. Miriam is more closed off and grouchy and anne is more sociable and outgoing, they're like night and day to a sense. They don't instantly click, and they have no reason to act like they get along like w sasha and audrey. I really like the idea of miriam recognizing sashas behaviour and telling it to anne, who in turn rejects her words bc sashas her friend! no way there's anything wrong! but at some point I like to think that, on the case of rulle, when people begin to be mean towards miriam, anne stands up for her and defends her. maybe seeing that sort of animosity felt familiar, maybe she doesn't realize it, but something spurs her to do so that night, and maybe miriam finds it in herself to be a little less annoyed w the kid. I honestly don't know if the kids would still have powers in this, I was sort of leaning on no? but anne going apeshit for miriams sake is doing things to my BRAIN. maybe she was w her when they were trying to rescue the fairies and tried to take the hit for miriam but to no avail?

Audrey trying to end the word is def still staying hehe. idk how much is affected when sasha ever finds out or not, since... it sounds mean to say it out loud but idk how to gauge how much he'd care about this world 😭 LMAO.

AND OHH the earth song being the thing to open the box and giving reason for the girls to tag along is GENIUS. Marcy doing the quest for adventures sake and along the way she grows so desperate to get the earthsong so that they can get home safely that she'd throw herself in harm's way T_T I'm not sure when she'll admit to it to her friends (maybe she confesses to kiwi first?) But at the very least I don't THINK someone's gonna get stabbed to the extent in true colors

I'm still not even sure if the girls would have powers AAAAA but. What if maybe they sorta have the power to control their surroundings through music too??? Honestly anything could work if put enough thought into it...

If Anne gets transported to wandersong where would she end up where would the other girls end up what part would they play in the main story does amphibia still exist?? Anyways.
