#update on the vegan cheese:#i think i left it to ferment a smidge too long bc i would have preferred it a bit less tangy#(not sure if the tanginess is an error or by design)#also the texture is more 'weird hard hummus' rather than bucokäse like it was in the video#and in retrospect i may have gone overboard on the garlic powder#But other than that it's fine#i'd give it another go for sure#if i didn't feel bad about wasting so many cashews#a solid 7/10
