Wouldn't it be kinda funny if She-Wolf never returned from the moon because someone created fake sky, that separated space and Terra, and now after Kristen breaking this layer she will go back?

That would quite honestly be hilarious. It is mentioned about how Terra saw the first true appearance of the twin moons if I recall correctly.

It kills me also just imagining everyone being in awe of this hole in the sky and then a wolf just runs on through.

Though I think the She-Wolf's story occurred after the Starpod was created...?

Rambling but to let you in on some thoughts I've had:

Basically the Starpod was likely created by the Ancient Civilization (per Terrans lacking the ability to do so themselves and having no records of doing so) and the Preserver in Lone Trail has two scenes. One where he calls Kristen an animal and another where when his memory is being deleted he meets Ho'olheyak and expresses confusion over her animal traits.

Which seem to imply that Ancients either came about after the Ancient Civilization met it's demise or they came about towards it's end in a separate bunker and contingency plan than the Preserver's.

The reason this is important being that due to the She-Wolf and her children's tribes being the origins of the Siracusan families, it's almost certain that there were Ancients in those tribes which gives us a timeline of events like this:

Ancient Civilization make the Starpod

Ancient Civilization ends

Ancients come about

She-Wolf goes to the Moon

So likely either the story of the She-Wolf isn't wholly accurate, the She-Wolf was able to bypass the Starpod (which Feranmut are capable of teleportation and can exist in space per Ya talking about a war that happened ages ago), or my idea doesn't have the right information.

Like maybe the Feranmut made the Starpod and so it can't be dated to before the She-Wolf by my logic. Or hell, Ho'olheyak's story of how her race were actual Kukulkans 10,000 years ago and somehow became humanoids could mean that the She-Wolf's children's tribes that became the first Siracusan families-

Could've been made up wholly of actual wolves that like Ho'olheyak's ancestors, gradually became humanoids which could date her story to the time of the Ancient Civilization.
