last reblog - i don't want to rent in the tags of that post so. doing it in here cos i feel like not being happy abt france health system tonite. idk how it works around the world but here psychologists aren't really able to do shot compared to psychiatrists. can't prescribe anything nor really "officially" diag you with anything. mental health is still not considered as a priority for the gov so the perks of our universal healthcare don't really work on that matter. the only way available to get access to therapy (i mean for me in my region) was through a youth program that initially helps broke young adults to get around in life. lots of problems with that thing but. not the subject. anyway they have available (SOMETIMES lol) a free???!!? psychologist. incredible. anyway she diagnosed me with DID. but that's written nowhere you know. so. what now huh. also she got fired (not for a terrible reason dw) like 2 or 3 sessions after that one with the diag and. this was years ago and i still feel lost abt it. i've been in "what do now" mode since like 2021. and im doubting every day that diag even though all of the signs pointing to it are fucking up my day to day life. anyway shitty story time over i had to get it out of my chest
