juggling if i should make arven stay as 20 or make him 21 or 22....... it's a small difference but. he's definitely, out of the four main characters, the oldest. he's an upperclassman in an academy that accepts all ages and treks of life, but i don't believe him older than 21 or 22.

some ppl might be like. oh but the professor calls them collectively "children"! i'm 27 and i call anyone 21 or below babies, light-heartedly, because they're very young in my eyes. i imagine the professor, although AI, is probably in their 40s or thereabouts and probably has a likeminded perspective, either gradually adopted or inherited from the professor's personality.
