i. will not write volpe/cesare fic. i will listen to 'the garden' by the crane wives and not form sentences in my head
#'why not' bc i hate having multiple wips!!! it stresses me out!!!#also i genuinely thought cantarella on the whole was mid#entertaining! but the climax didn't clim that max for me#idk it just felt like chiaro's arc was more about other characters explaining cesare to him than about his own evolution#but it had Potential. to be better#volpe could've been a bigger villain. maybe even the final boss#i also wish it delved deeper into cesare's messed up relationship with rodrigo bc rodrigo was not a character at all#ok i'm basically saying i wanted 'the borgias' with bishounens and eldritch magic. nevermind#mari rambles
