I'm not at a place to say anything, since I'm not this versed about those issues. But as far as I understand for what I've seen on internet [at least in brazilian lgbtq+ groups], the bi people argument against pan because it would not recognize trans people [Not sure how to phrase it in english, sorry]. Like, a trans woman is a woman and that's it. So if you're bi, you'd into men and women and it shouldn't matter if they're cis or trans, so pan would be transphobic. (+)

(+) I don't quite understand this argument because for what I understand, transgender also includes people that don't recognize themselves as woman or man, right? Or am I wrong? You could be gender-fluid for example or agender or any other way you recognize yourself. Right? So I think that this argument would be transphobic? But I'm not sure. Anyway, that's what I've seen the most as a way to justify this. I do not agree though. I don't know if there are other arguments or whatever.

I actually heard the opposite. I've heard pan people call bi people transphobic. I also saw them saying that bisexuality is the attraction to MULTIPLE gender and not all gender and that pansexuality is the attraction to ALL genders.

I actually never heard of pansexuality being called trans exclusive. It was always bisexuality that was said to not include trans people, which I find kind of stupid. Because let's say that bisexuals are attracted to only men and women. It can't be transphobic because if a trans woman considers herself a woman, she's a woman so bi people will like her. And if a trans man considers himself a man, he's a man and bi people will like him. It can't be transphobic.

But bisexuality is not just attraction to men and women, it's attraction to all people. The way I, as a bi person, see it, and you can boo me for that, is that I like vaginas and penises. So as long as you have one of those, I will like you, no matter your gender. You can identify as whatever you feel comfortable as and I'll love you very much! :D
