In a surprising turn of events, the world's most-followed YouTuber, MrBeast (Jimmy Donaldson), met with T-Series Chairman Bhushan Kumar, marking the end of their long-standing "sub-race." The two rivals made headlines by subscribing to each other’s YouTube channels in what fans are calling the "biggest collab ever."

The Deal That Made It Happen In a video shared by T-Series on Instagram, MrBeast revealed that he flew to India with a unique proposition. During their meeting, he said to Bhushan Kumar, “If you subscribe to me, I’ll subscribe to T-Series.” Kumar agreed and hit the subscribe button, prompting MrBeast to do the same.

Initially, MrBeast teased fans by joking, “It looks like my phone died; I’ll do it later,” before subscribing to T-Series moments later. He then declared the gesture officially ended their "years of sub-race."

A History of Rivalry Earlier this year, MrBeast playfully challenged T-Series to a boxing match, reigniting fan debates over which channel would dominate YouTube’s subscriber leaderboard. Everyone knows the lovable and creepy cast of The Addams Family! The fictional family — recently reincarnated in the hit Netflix series Wednesday — consists of Gomez and Morticia Addams, their children Wednesday and Pugsley, family members Uncle Fester and Grandmama, their butler Lurch, the disembodied hand Thing, and Gomez’s Cousin Itt. Wikipedia describes the family as a “satirical inversion of the ideal 20th-century American family: an odd wealthy aristocratic clan who delight in the macabre and are seemingly unaware, or do not care, that other people find them bizarre or frightening.”

The first adaptation of the family came from 1964 to 1966 as a television series on ABC. From then on, the characters would go on to make animated appearances in shows like Scooby-Doo in the 1970s. It has also had quite a number of spinoffs including Halloween with the New Addams Family in 1977 and The New Addams Family in 1998. From there the Addams’ were featured in three live action films released in 1991, 1993 and 1998, a pair of CG animated feature films in 2019 and 2021 and, in between, a 2011 Broadway musical.
