Also does anyone have any good vegan cookie recipes? I'm officially in the pre-planning stage for xmas cookies and I want to make sure all my coworkers can eat at least some of them 😎

#last year i made vegan vanillekipferl and they were not very good #i made the dough using a recipe I have for linzerteig that subs cream cheese for the eggs #and just used vegan butter and cream cheese #suffice to say not the right call lmao #i've had success baking american recipes with flora brand vegan butter bc the fat content is lower #even though i do not like the way the butter itself tastes as a spread lol #but the vegan cream cheese...was bad #anyway the only thing i have in mind is meringue with aquafaba. better suggestions appreciated x #the sticking point is always eggs. baking without them is so hard :(
