#i've REALLY mellowed out cat's story and made it flow more

man... cat has changed... so so so much in the almost ten years i've had her. it's literally insane how so little of her backstory is really the same from when i first made her... but i'm really proud of some of these changes. especially the progression of the villains. copper feeling more of a genuine threat, vinnie no longer being some cheesy tween drama villain... putting more emphasis on rissa's toxic behavior and margie's manipulation. and then there's the fleshing out tinder/sweetie to be a better source for development, tweaking the abandonment to feel more natural, removing the juvie breakout to be more of a disappearance and circumstance gone wrong, improving margaret's role... hackett is less of a bad crime drama episode and more of a display of cruelty to continue to explore the strength of the survivor... and of course tying in so much of everything with scott.
