#if i have to read one more milk toast 'astarion is the greatest character because he has trauma!!' take#i'mma seriously gonna start biting and killing#like i get it guys i also love him#as someone who has trauma from an ab*sive childhood he does compel me greatly but#you're all just repeating yourself and essentially going 'he's good cause he's traumatised'#and idk how to feel about that. as an ab#anyways#almost all of the companions have incredibly compelling backstories#and somehow people write way more thought out meta about them than astarion#and the way this fandom treats astarion makes me. na i shan't say it.#okay sorry rant over lol
