#i'm watching nurse jackie rn and guess what song just started playing in it!!!!!#heirloom by sufjan stevens#literally one of my all time faves by him#i love when songs i know are in shows and movies but it also means that it's hard to pay attention to the scene#kinda love knowing that his music was in my life in some way literally YEARS before i ever started listening to him#bc i first watched this show when i was in like middle school and wayyyy too young to fully understand it all#there's been a few other movies and shows i've rewatched since starting to listen to sufjan that i've found his songs in
