I did nearly 19.000 steps today. Slay
#i did go to the gym again so that was like 10k or so probably#and the reat just normal walking around#i can definitely feel my leggys lmao they're tired#i'm v sleepy in genera#had to get up at 5:45 today to catch an early train to my mums town#but tbh it was so nice#the train was so empty#had a whole compartment to myself
