apologies for my extended absence on here today. Over the past few weeks I’ve been making a real effort to interact with people on here in a way that I don’t normally, and I kinda think I exhausted myself socially, and had very little mental energy, so it was easy to slip into a very vicious way of thinking. I mean, it kinda sounds silly, but it makes sense to me, and being able to spot it and take actions against it is - I think - a pretty big thing, so I’m glad, just from the point it’s kinda a learning experience for me.

So yeah, I just took a day off to relax and recuperate. I saw a couple of people had ask posts, and I would’ve liked to have sent you stuff, but I just needed to chill. But yeah, that’s my brain, I guess.
