I think that, after I'm done the next couple of drawings I'm currently working on, I'm going to take a break from full color artwork. I did something new (sort of) for what I've put together for rare pair month, and it's come together super beautifully and with the minimal use of color, it really has a much bigger impact than if I had done it with full color. I think I want to do more drawings like that.

#and color takes so damn long to do #i'm sure i could go quicker if i didn't have such an insane method to my coloring #but idk how else to do the coloring without putting each individual section of color on its own layer #every time i try it some other way it ends up looking like a massive mess #so i end up with over a hundred layers very often because of this and i'm tired #and i've seen more complaints and criticisms of fanart and all criticisms come down to color #and i don't want anyone to come for me because of my hobby #so yeah. i'll be switching to a more greyscale kind of style soon
