i hope the church starts up a youtube channel before i leave because i want to be in charge of that
#our pastor has said he's wanting to do it#and who runs most of the tech? me.#i run the facebook broadcast. so let me run the youtube broadcast#plus. i have a youtube channel. so. experience#i wonder if i'll be paid more......#i think i'm slightly underpaid considering i run both the traditional service slideshow and the facebook broadcast at the same time#AND the soundboard when the sound guy isn't here#but i also don't think our church can afford to pay me more so whatever#someone told me to unionize since it is literally JUST ME being paid for this so it's not like there's anyone else lmao#the church is going to fall apart when i leave. they take me for granted lmao#idk how they're going to survive#i guess my dad can do it. but i edit the slides every week bc our media guy doesn't do them correctly so uhhh we'll see how that goes#i'm still made at the pastor for sacrificing three mildly shitty cameras for one less shitty camera#bc with THREE you can do nice little fading transitions to make it look professional#while with one you just get the ugly constant moving and zooming as you focus on a new area
