I remember I used to follow a couple of people that shared a bunch of tokyo ghoul stuff since it was on weekly serialization at the time and they were losing their shit with how the manga ended and I didn't get it at all since I wasn't following the series but now 6 years later, I GET IT holy shit that ending was rushed

#as soon as i finished it i came to tumblr to see more opinions lol #i knew it wasn't the best ending but holy shit #tokyo ghoul is good but tokyo ghould:re? only around halfway then it starts to go downhill #well it did have some good moments later on like Urie's character development #but right now that's the only one i can think of lol #i'm still mad there was nothing about mado and amon #minor ass characters got their ending but two of the most important characters in the series got nothing????#i'm still fuming about it #at least the art was so beautiful it distracted through some bad moments in the series lol #also this but it's me reading bnha #nadja's rambles
