Brisco had learned to roll with the punches life threw his way. The mysterious orb that had various powers, such as granting super strength, healing powers, or caused someone to literally turn to dust and die in front of his eyes, time travelers, and even time traveling himself once. All of these things he'd taken with a sense of humor and significant confusion, and this time was no different. Except it somehow was.

Unprompted, a portal had opened up and someone fell out. Strange clothes were worn by the man, he had to be what looked like a metal arm, and his face was oddly similar to his own. As quickly as it had opened, the portal closed, leaving the stranger behind.

"Who are you?" Was all he could manage to get out.
