I saw another crop of rumorus about Sergio and I'm just so tied. If they want to fire him why can't they just do it? Why have him say to the media that he's staying if they dodn't want him there? Is it really just to 'make him look stupid' as he said? I want a simple answer: is the seat his in 2025 or did they reach some agreement that he will be gone after this year but they won't announce until last moment to at least reduce the hate he will get after the season is over? Can't they be like any normal team and just sign the contract and make that the end of the story? Meanwhile we only get hate and Helmut pointing at every young driver he can find as the replacement, Horner being fucking dodgy agian, Crofty adding to the fire with switching from saying Liam's got the seat to saying Yuki needs a chance to saying Franco will be in RBR next year, all the bloody commentators being mean and speculating as if this was what they got paid for and Sergio just in the middle of this without a break. I really want to believe his contract is set in stone (he said so) but RBR is a toxic team, they can do something to get him out, Ricciardo's silence is making me nervous becasue I know Horner is drooling over him, Helmut has his eyes set on Liam and i'm just so done with this all. And when I wanted to relax I hear Sergio saying that 'he hopes to get into points but it will be really difficult' which is the same thing he said in all the previous races that left him outside of P10 and then I see that RBR talked to Franco's manager??? (it's a rumour but I can see this happeing, he is doing well) and everything is just getting so dark right now :( Sorry for sharing the negativity with you when you are trying to remain positive, I just wanted to share my thoughts with someone who understands and won't hate me for being sad about it.

Oh, anon, I'm sorry to say that rumors about Checo are going to be wild until the end of the season, If things keep going like the last races, then it will be worse; if he improves... it wil be worse as well, there's no win scenario here, the press hates Checo, and I'm sad to say even in México, his home, some F1 journalists are shitty to him!

Honestly, I think everything can happen by this point. Even if Horner is drooling over Daniel, and Marko is also doing that over Lawson (and poor Yuki is left out again), Ford has a say in this, and also the owners of the company.

Rumors got wild because Horner talked with both, Franco and Pato O'ward, so naturally that means Checo is out. The car is shit, and the upgrades are for Max, because they want him to win WDC, and for example, today with a shit car, and damaged on top of that, it wasn't like Liam did much, he ended just one spot above Checo and out of points zone.

It looks like dark times anon, but when someone asked Checo today 'Do you think this will be your last GP in Mexico, your home?' (awful question, btw, tasteless like most of the questions the press ask him), Checo was clear 'I'm certain that it isn't. You will see me here next year, trying to win, because that's my dream'. However, he never say it would be in RBR... so I'm giving my two cents in conspiracy theories, and say: CHECO TO AUDI WITH NICO.
