anyway with my soare time i finished spiral. i'll move on to loop if i can get my hands on it but if i can't then i think moby dick or finally committing to fight club will be next
#physical books ahve been better i'm getting headaches way more frequently now#i loved how batshit spiral was but as iwth every koji suzuki i have to stress i do not recommend it#i'm obsessed with him though. glynne walley's translation work is good too ig#also hideo nakata's film adaptations are top tier i'm sorry...#i watched dark water 2002 and dark water 2005 back to back snd it was so easy to twll which had more ->#artistic direction and intent behind it. and more care in general#call me!#also i genuinely thing ring movie is better than ring book#suzuki has so much going on in hisbhead i think nakata does well at making the characters more likeable#ans the plot more suitable for a movie#maybe one day i'll commit to watching the film series but i've been slacking on my movie watching lately
