POTS is such a stupid illness. i'm fine, let's go do something-- wait, hold on, i feel like i just ran up six flights of stairs so give me a moment-- okay yeah no i'm good, you want to head out-- oops putting my arms up to put on a shirt made me dizzy i just gotta lay down for a couple minutes. fine now! except for the tunnel vision and how i have to concentrate really hard to be upright, but i'm just gonna eat some fries and drink electrolytes about it and hopefully that fixes me. actually i'll just stay home and read and paint and-- oh there's an hour gone while my brain went into outrun-a-bear mode.

BUT I FEEL FINE except for when i don't IT'S FINE
