#love you all but i am going through a very rough patch mentally so i will not be very talkative#i'm not feeling too included in things with irl friends and it's starting to bleed into every aspect in my life#so i'm just gonna take a step back it's best for me to not try so hard to talk to people when i get like this#bc it just tends to reinforce the overthinking of hey no one wants you here#and it's just not true i know it's not but can't stop from feeling the opposite#and that's on bpd
