bro, went to therapy and got hit with the 'well.. you've got A LOT going on and there's signs of a lot of different things. you're like... a yarn ball we need to untangle' again and it's just

'yep i get it that's just how life works ✌️😙' in response #my therapist says i'm making progress though and all so that's like nice #but when you're chipping flakes off of an iceberg it's... yeah #like sure shit's moving ahead but i'd like to expedite that process ykwim #i contain layers... multitudes even (of trauma)
