“What rings do you want?” Ja’Marr hums, brushing his pinky against Joe’s.

Joe doesn’t even have to think about it, “Sterling. Sterling silver rings.”

“… That’s… oddly specific?” Ja’Marr turns his head towards Joe, tilting his head in confusion, “Why sterling silver?”

Joe keeps his gaze fixed on Tee touching the glass of the aquarium, as if he could touch the jellyfish on the other side, and refuses to meet Ja’Marr’s gaze, “It matches the Lombardi.”

He can feel Ja’Marr’s stare drill into him, a disbelieving silence filling the air. “I wish I lived in a world where I didn't find you attractive,” Ja’Marr says agonized.
