Here's a bit of a different kind of post. I was trying to come up with ideas for Auroraverse sea horrors, and came up with this. Imagine that this is in an ocean researcher's notes on "Sea horrors to avoid" or something. I might continue this later or draw nicer versions of these monster concepts but for now have a rough sketch

I couldn't decide on a flavor of siren so I decided to do both. False-songs are your standard harpy-like siren that hunt in packs and use their songs to confuse their prey before striking, while false-lights are the visual equivalent that casts a glowing angler-like lure (actually an eye stalk) to lure things into coming close enough for it to grab it with its tentacles. Not fun either way!
