The present stated on the plain wrapping paper that it was from the Dallas Speedwagon Foundation HQ, but the slightly wild handwriting it said it in very clearly indicated that it was Sunnie's gift—it made sense, though, considering she lived there.

Upon unwrapping, the gift inside was a hinged wooden box with soft, rounded edges and a gorgeous deep brown stain. Taped to the top of the box was an envelope labeled "To Dante and Jovi Giovanna, and their Amazing Parents".

'Sorry I couldn't be there in person,' the letter said, 'We've been busy ironing out a few things over here, but the group down here all sends their love to all of you.'

The box, when opened, was painted a soft, warm, deep emerald green on the inside and had twelve evenly-spaced cubbies, each with a different smoothed and perfectly child-friendly sized mineral in it. Some were immediately recognizable—there was rose quartz, amethyst, and a few obviously different yet beautifully and colorfully striped agates—but others were identified by their labels, like carnelian, mookaite, citrine, orange calcite, and a piece of tiger's eye with striking chatoyancy.

'I started my first rock collection when I was a little older than they are now, so I figured that I could give them a good head start,' the letter continued, 'Personally picked them out, and a few were actually collected and tumbled by yours truly 💖 (hint hint, it's the quartz varieties)

I know they may not appreciate them now, but I was told that they're too young, yadda yadda… never too young for science, I think, but rocks are a perfect alternative!'

The bottom of her letter had the signatures of the main group of Dallas Stand users: Toby, Morgan, Ellison, Dr. Renard, and Sunnie, with a heart next to her name. If one looked closely at the heart with keen enough eyes, they might be able to tell that it was drawn by a hand that didn't belong to any of the others who signed.

Taped to the top of the inside of the wooden box, however, was what appeared to be another, slightly hidden letter, with strong, elegant cursive saying "To the Don and Donna" on it: it was the handwriting of Catherine Gupta, the Regional Chief Operating Officer of the Dallas Branch.

'I'm sure that Sunnie has already told you that we all wish we could be there with you, but I would like to reiterate that. Getting through the first year of parenting is no small feat, and going through the first year of life is in itself an amazing thing that should be celebrated. Good luck moving forward with them, you two; I'm an aunt to enough children that I know the next few years are going to be wild. Fun, but wild,' Catherine wrote, 'When the two of you get the chance, I would like to meet in person. There is something I would like to speak with you both about.'

And almost as if an afterthought, she added: '...I'm really glad that Sunnie didn't send a chemistry kit. She and Ellison were very into the idea, and Morgan and I had to remind them very firmly that your boys are one. It's far too soon.'

Even Jovi seems to try and understand what is he looking at; even going as far as to show it to Westwood Carvelli, who does not waste more time on kneeling by his side with a quiet murmur of “Don’t worry buddy, we will found out what is this —I don’t know what it is, but our friend Bocelli over there might as well know.”

But the second letter, especially the matter that needed to be spoken over, strikes Giorno the wrong way, making him look at Lena with a puzzled look. “What could it be?”

Lena shakes her head, “I don’t know, but we need to find out soon; perhaps call her tomorrow?”

Giorno nods, looking back at Mista. With a flick of his wrist, Mista moves by their side, bowing his head between them to receive his orders. “Find Catherine Gupta’s, contact.”

“Understood. Can they open my gift, tho? I wanna see their reaction.”

It's kinda like a tutor thingy, and there's 8 tutors who'll have 1 and a half hour slots to teach their specific subjects. I'm a tutor too, and my subject's English, so I'm really excited.
