#i'm fi-blind i can only use ti so please find a better communication method

I had a cruddy afternoon today and did not enjoy the emotional bullshit. Something ticked me off that I had no rational reason to be ticked off about, I got upset, and then got upset about being upset over something dumb. I was able to figure out what was going on in my head and get some insight, learned something useful from it, so that's good but JFC I wish my subconscious mind would just send me an e-mail. Sending me a bunch of icky bad emotions and making me play twenty questions about it is an inferior method of getting a message across. Then again, I have like 3000 e-mails in my inbox so maybe the method my brain chose is the smart play.
