Murder Drones experience- Word Count: 615

Hi nobody will prolly read dis and that's good it's great it's fantastic so nobody can see my stupid ramblings

Anyway

When i join a new fandom i'm usually super chill, i search a few drawings to feed on look at, if i can i draw the characters i like tge must but i usually do that wayyy later like weeks the months or years or never

And i never make ocs, i did make a Peppiclone oc but It's because everyone else's obsession with Pizza Tower kinda dragged me down as well but i never liked PT THAT MUCH. It's cool but i don't love it with my entire soul and go apeshit every time i see PT stuff

Maybe it's because i mostly stay in old fandoms and i probably was obsessed with them a lot as a kid but over time the intrest faded and faded to the point where i don't "LOVE" it anymore, i just like It

B U T with Murder Drones i finally felt this again. It's been years since i liked something so much, more than 7? Prob

And i kinda forgot how it felt! So now i'm lost and confused and i keep on asking myself if it's normal or if i should be locked up in an asylu-

So. Didn't vibe with Murder Drones cuz it was too popular and seemed like a cringey thing. Then i saw an incredibile Murder Drones animation and thought.. fine whatev i'll try and i was ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY. Didn't expect that at all

Watched the full season and immediately drew my favorite character. With other fandoms it takes weeks to do that

Watched the entire season a second time and then i doodled even more characters (in another fandom it would take YEARS or i would not do that at all)

Searched many fan arts to feast on to satisfy my immense hunger of MD content

Considered the idea of making an oc (i usually never do that-)

Considered the idea of buying a plushie (all the official merch plushies i have are either gifts or from ages ago and i have a smol amount lke very very smol and only characters)

Watched the entire season A THIRD TIME

And considered the idea of making a MD Diorama/ Bendy wire posable figure

I only made dioramas with fandoms i've been in more than 2 years and the posable figs are all just fnaf. And uhh yeah that fandom is old as fuk)

All of this happened in LESS THAN A WEEK-

And with any other fandom it would have been wayyyyyy slowerrr

I went batshit crazy super sayan mode and i still am-

It's concerning and i don't know how to make this stop

If i should try to stop myself or embrace It

I mean- this is great tho! I'm usually very low on motivation. I don't do shit and spend the entire day watching YouTube

With Artfight i have a bit more motivation but with MD too

I finally feel... Alive

Like i genuiley enjoy what i'm making instead of forcing myself to draw random things just to do something

Most of the time i'll be like "try to draw this character because idk just do It to pass the time" it feels forced . For some reason and i don't even know why

But now it's "OMG!!! this character is so cool i have to draw it! I absolutely want to see how it would look like in my art style and all the fun poses i could do! Sadly it's kinda hard to draw but that's fine. Just practice and ur good"

Step 2: Sourcing & Blender pt 1

I don't know shit about 3D modeling!!! So I am applying my most essential skill: organically and ethically sourcing the things I cannot provide for myself.

I do actually have a fairly extensive background in hand building with clay, which is something I plan on incorporating at later steps, but I knew I wanted the base of this to be a 3D model since that would afford great flexibility and consistency. I bring this up cus I never dabbled much in CG (I tried off and on in the past, but to little success) but always wanted to be good at it. I realize it's an entirely new skill set, but thankfully there are elements to it that aren't too unfamiliar to me! You'd be surprised how much you can get away with by making subtle changes, and that is what I am banking on with the Sculpt mode in Blender.

So the first thing I sourced was this (royalty free) male body from hiflow3d on CGTrader. It's got the perfect amount of detail and a similar enough body type to my boy:

I am not shy when it comes to learning new programs and stuff, so the idea of rigging this from scratch ain't even a big deal (I actually did exactly that not too long ago, but it was on a different bodymesh and therefor not applicable to this project lmaoo).

But I say that knowing I'll be able to pull a lot of my own weight once this reaches the printing stage, which is comforting. For now it just needs to be good enough!

Here are the before and afters of his head:

Eyes are more shaped, brows furrowed, bigger schnoz, some changes to the chin & cheek bones, more shape to the skull/forehead

It's not perfect since my knowledge of Blender and how to really and truly work with it is so shallow, but again: it's good enough. Besides which, my dude has his entire head and most of his face covered, so it doesn't have to be perfect.

At this point I was ready to start rigging and intended to do everything else in post, but then I thought about how much easier it would be to NOT sculpt boots + gloves + everything else by hand (while being symmetrical) so I am instead gonna attempt to do as much of Layer 1 as I can in Blender.

Here's my first attempt as a cube-extruded boot:

And here's the second version after I decided to try harder and to scrap the first one for being too messy and anykine:

This is obviously still a WIP since I mainly just worked on the foot part, but it's not so bad. It's repetitive but fun once you get into the grove. IDK anything about efficiency in Blender yet, but I am trying my best to look out for future Devan by keeping these faces as neat and clean as possible.

I've started to get carried away with the smoothing, but I'm not too worried about it or the clipping since I'm just gonna chop off the legs underneath anyway & subdivide + smooth the boots. I could prolly even leave the feet as big blocks and just dremmel them down once it's printed, but hey, it's good to practice new things

a/n: so someone requested something cute and fluffy with druig, and due to recent events this was the first thing that came to mind lol

so you'd been feeling a little sick lately

and it wasn't like your normal sickness symptoms, you were throwing up a lot and just generally feeling a little bit sluggish

and obviously he takes notice towards that because he's always trying to make sure that you're okay

"do you want to go to the doctor? i think we should go to the doctor." "druig, it's proably just a stomach bed. it'll pass."

the two of you sat there and argued (not really argued but just trying to convince the other that they're right)

eventually druig won and scheduled you a doctor's appointment

also side note imagine that it's like the dead of winter when you're going and while y'all are getting ready he likes helps you put on your coat and tie your shoes??? fucking adorable

anyways i'm getting sidetracked

so you're sitting on the bed/table thing in the doctor's office and druig is sitting in one of the provided chairs and his leg is going a thousand miles an hour

what if you were sick??? were you dying??? how was he going to live with himself if you died???

his thoughts were interrupted when the doctor walked in

"hello there! i hope you're doing well because i have some great news."

neither of you were sure what could be so great about you possibly being sick but y'all didn't want to be rude and interrupt him

"you're pregnant!"

there was a moment of silence

the two of you looked at each other then back at the doctor

"i'm sorry what?"

the whole car ride back was dead silent

both of you were too shocked to say anything

when y'all got in the house y'all kinda just stood in the couch

neither of you were upset about the news, the two of you had just never talked about having kids

so neither of you knew how the other felt about having kids

"druig" "yeah" "are you...happy about this" "of course i am. i know we haven't talked about it but i would really like to start a family with you"

he then goes into this long ass speech about how much he loves you and how he'll do anything to protect you and yada yada

basically he makes the really cute speech that leaves you a sobbing mess

during the pregnancy

druig would be a great person to be around when you're pregnant because he is so insistent about doing everything you ask him to

need a foot rub? he's doing it before you even ask

you want a baconator at 5 in the morning? he sleeps with his keys in hand so he can rush to the car

he spends a lot of time on pregnancy and parenting groups getting advice

he also calls phastos a lot to ask about random things

"how high off the ground does the crib need to be" "druig, i haven't even had my morning coffee yet"

the first time the baby kicked the two of you were cuddling on the couch

"ow" "what happened? what's wrong" "your child just kicked the shit out of me"

he then spends the next few days trying to catch the baby kicking but he's unsuccessful poor druig

he also uses the last 2-3 months of your pregnancy to build a whole nursey

like i'm being so serious he didn't buy a crib from Walmart, he went to home depot, bought some wood, and put that shit together himself

he's there for every appointment holding your hand

if you ever worry about anything (i.e. not being a good parent) he'll be there in a heartbeat to make you feel better

i've said this before but druig definitely has a way with words so he knows exactly what to say

once again, he'd be the perfect person to be around while you're pregnant

the baby year (years??? i don't know how long they count as babies)

before the baby was born you and druig agreed that the two of you would take turns taking care of the baby so you weren't as stressed about having to wake up in the middle of the night

although sometimes druig would trick you into thinking that it was his night instead of yours and stops the baby from crying because you need your rest

there's a baby section in almost every room of the house, each one has diapers, bottles, wipes and formula so no matter where the two of you are with the baby

druig takes his job as a father very seriously as you can tell

almost a little too seriously at times

but honestly you don't mind because he's adorable and he's just trying to show that he cares

but there are days where you have to like force him to sit down while you take care of the baby

"go read a book or something, me and the baby will be fine"

the main people that come over to help are phastos, sersi, and makkari

makkari and sersi because their your best friends

and phastos because he's had enough of the 2am questions so he basically sits the two of you down for a masterclass in childcare

also gil and over thena come over a lot with food

y'alls baby literally loves thena it's so fucking cute

a/n: i was going to write for toddler to teen or young adult, but one; i'm really tired cuz it's 1:30 am but i'm up for moonknight, and two tumblr is really fucking testing me and fucking up my writing so i'm gonna go and play the sims before i commit arson or some shit

Can I request a one shot of Draco where he is old and the reader was married to him but she passed away (either of old age or during their marriage when they were younger) and he sees a young couple and noticed how the girl looks a lot like the reader and he just recalls their best moments like the day they first met, their first kiss, first date, their wedding, first pregnancy, etc. And he just starts to miss her again. He gets home and looks at their pictures together and he just got a random message from her saying she misses him and she can’t wait to see him again. Later on he passes away and they reunite in their younger version selves.

This made me tear up lol 🤧😭

draco sighed heavily as the raindrops met with the ground, it had been y/nʼs 1st year death anniversary. A year that she had been taken away from him, the day she died.

Draco had no hope for anything now, all he wished that it could've been him who got hexed, he wished he was the one who died that day not her.

he looked at her favorite cafe, and went inside. He was going to order her favorites. Strawberry cake, and a few sweets. when he was told to sit down and wait for the cake to be baked he noticed a couple that resembled draco and y/n when they were younger and where they used to sit at.

He smiled at the couple, making him day dream about a memory he once experienced.

y/n and draco walked into the cafe, the smell of strawberry filled the air. “mm, draco let's sit here!” y/n excitedly dragged draco to a table near the window with a sticker outside that has a heart, making people from outside see that both of them were in the heart.

“this place is wonderful, how'd you find it for our date?” draco asked, a grin forming on his face. "Oh! When I was little my parents used to take me here for ; whenever I do good in school or whatever-” she explained to him and ramble on and on about the place.

He looked so Inlove with her, hanging on every word that comes out of her precious lips. “may I take your order?”  a sweet lady who looked like she was in her 40s interrupted y/ns ramble.

“Ah-yes I'd like a mini strawberry cake, and my boyfriend would like?...” y/n looked at draco hoping he would respond. “I'll have a matcha cupcake please.”

“Okay any drinks sugar?” the lady asked one more, “I'd have a mocha coffee.” draco and y/n said in usion, you both looked at each other, blushed and giggled embarrassingly.

“Alright, I'll have your order in a few enjoy your date love birds.” the lady giggled as she walked away.

That date, he gave y/n a promise ring, he declared and vowed that he would marry her.

He smiled at the couple once more, who kissed eachother lovingly, “hi sir, draco malfoy right?” a waiter interrupted draco from his day dreams. “A-ah, yes that's me..” draco stuttered.

“well, here's your order sir have a good day.” he gave the bag to draco, “you too...” draco responded.

He was about to leave the cafe, but he looked at the young couple once more and smiled.

bonus : “hi, my love I'm here.” draco smiled sadly placing the cake beside your tombstone. “how are you up there?, I hope your doing well... I miss you dearly. Happy 1 year in heaven darling.”

Character interactions with Sirppi the near ganic runner pt 1

Just sm random thoughts abt canonical characters from cpunk meeting Sirppi & the dynamics bcs Im sleepy and just thinking abt what I could do with this AU 😴😴 for context, this is an oc insert au for Sirppi, not a V for the game, just sm silly stuff!!! I'll make an another for the AI Mona too but a lil later...

Misty — they would 1000% be a repeat customer. Sirppi isn't particularly spiritual, but they would find comfort in the calm of her shop, and get fairly regular tarot readings from her to clear their mind. I think they could be near friends too, to be honest. Sirppi is a little distant and hesitant so there would be some difficulty, but especially after the loss of Jackie, I think they would really reasonate with Misty and find joy in spending time with her, in silence or otherwise.

Viktor Vector — I think with some research (maybe help from Nix? He has sm familiarity w older tech so shrug emoji) Viktor could prolly work w Sirppis ancient cyberware, anddd they could really get along. Sirppi loves scary people, but Viktor has a sense of safety about him; they would circle around him from time to time, nibble at that comfort, run away like a scared cat but come for pats and scratches from time to time.

Panam, Saul, other Aldecaldos — tight as bunch!!!!! Sirppi wouldn't really count as a nomad, but would be very near to that, and would probably have a lot to do with nomad groups. There would prolly be some hesitation there of course, "why is this kid on their own", but I think their connections to other nomad groups (their own ripper is a nomad from further away) & their independant spirit would help them get along w others. Shyly running to them like a kid who recognizes family members in a crowd. Would get in trouble with Panam, though would be more embarrassed and bashful about it. Would be particularly interested in hanging out with the vets- not really for war stories but for stories about life alongside the war. Would hide behind the vets when panam is scolded by saul 🙄

Goro Takemura — i am trying SO hard to figure out how this would work- they would be SO funny, because they have kinda the same like... personality but exact opposite ideals? Sirppi is about freedom and anarchy, Goro is about loyalty and corpo pride, but they're both kinda goofy, sweet, weird, very genuine/earnest.... cannot think of a way that Goro would meet some weird scruncly courier. Maybe during cpunk2077 events, it'd have to be.... eating at the same place every night, Sirppi is the first person 2 be nice & polite to him in the city and they just hang out and Sirppi has NO idea who he is bcs they don't watch the news nor do they keep up w corpo chatter. They would talk abt food for hours, Sirppi would be so miffed about his pickiness, they would show him some weird recipes like putting cereal between toast and horrify him. They would be so funny I love them. Maybe thats the start of nomad Goro au?

Judy — Sirppi would have an aversion 2 braindances, as they would remind them of having tech in their head- and, they'd never be satisfied by them. Their favourite sensation is driving along a long stretch of land with no end in sight; only there they feel belonging, and nothing else compares. They're also kinda... grey ace/demisexual, and rarely into sex, so they would feel a little bad about not understanding a lot of what Judy does. However, if those two did talk- they could definetly bond over the feeling of missing/yearning for something lost, and what could have been... don't think there's like huge crossover potential for them tho???

Royce, Dum Dum, other Maelstroms — babygirll they would hang out w Maelstroms on ACCIDENT before being infortmed how DANGEROUS THEY ARE. Near ganic little thing, who's uncertain and says the weirdest shit, looks at u like ur cool when YOU say the weirdest shit... most likely possibility being becoming an experiment in a maelstrom rippers room BUT THATS NO FUN and the funner option is, them stumbling into Totentanz and SOMEHOW ending up next to Royce NO IDEA WHO HE IS chattering endlessly about the pros and cons of augmentation as the complete opposites of the argument (though Sirppi has nothing against augmentation, they just can't take it themself). Honestly, I ship them, kinda, kinda not, don't think Sirppi would have genuine interest in Royce but it'd be cute if he had the most non-hardcore cool guy crush on them, like the least badass little hearts above his head kinda thing.... again,.im just drawn 2 whatever is the funniest option here, and royce following around some weird gangly whirlwind who doesn't get the hint from the most straightforward machissimo guy on earth is funny.

Ozob Bozo — sirppi would IDOLIZE this idiot. He's both horrifying AND chill and makes the WORST jokes. Sirppi would be ALL googoo oogle eyes and actually talk so they could get him to talk and make his stupid jokes. I don't even know how they could meet, literally however, maybe more taxi services for Ozob, Sirppi would not be able to help him with any of his murder and they would yell at him for it but. They would also b like ah hehe twirls hair u r kinda funny tho so.
