Hi! I absolutely adore your masterpiece au. Yun-jin's design is amazing and I really love her and Caleb. I'd love to hear more about their relationship or just anything else about the au if you have more to share.

general masterpiece rambling: -this was said on twt but yun-jin's scream when she unleashes grand debut is the same as her hooked scream, much like when trickster has an animation after his main event, yun-jin chokes and grunts when the knives re-enter her neck and her voice is hoarse for that duration. The action doesn't actually hurt her, it just gives her a sudden reaction bc of the sensation.

-ji-woon is the type to be buddy buddy w ppl but at the moment, he's keeping a distance bc he's a bit inconsolable the more he learns abt yun-jin's manipulation and how much his career is now ruined bc of her. His only confidant abt these matters is Kate, mostly bc she's in the same industry and can empathize w him due to her own feelings about her music. But its mostly still a bestie-worstie friendship bc ji-woon is the boke and she is the tsukkomi

-when yun-jin kicks off her heels and shrugs off her coat, you know she's going to get serious. Shout out to Lee Yun-Jin Masterpiece with coat off, heels off, making a mad hungry dash for a kill, got to be one of my favourite genders.

-their partnership began when he found interest in her golf-club weapon, offering to fix it and reinforce it, and yun-jin in return, wanted free access to the piano in the saloon. So most of their relationship in the beginning has been just Yun-Jin playing on the piano while Caleb is lurking around - sometimes listening and sometimes preoccupied with something else.

-the trope of the guy lighting the woman's cigarette and it's all intimate n Sexy bc of the unspoken mutual attraction is pretty much them.

-It wasn't an instant attraction and more like Caleb in denial, rationalising it to "Oh well she's an attractive woman, she just has that effect on anyone". Took a while for him to go "I like it when she comes over and talks to me :'|"

-Yun-Jin mulls over if she does want to pursue him, still shaking off all the times she had to prioritise business and ambition, and the times where she pushed away relationships out of protection from purely transactional relationships.

-They both p much go "fuck it, this is hell world anyway" at the same time.

-they're both p private and dont do pda, but one of their little things is just, caleb placing his hands on her shoulders as they keep close to each other. If given the opportunity, it turns into an embrace w Caleb hunching down so his head is close to Yun-Jin's.

-Their height difference isn't too dramatic, but Yun-Jin likes to sit on top of surfaces like the bar counter in the saloon so she's a little more on level with Caleb, helps out w the angles bc of the knives on her neck. That or she's straddling his lap.

-A lot of Yun-Jin pretending she's not cold from her coat with many holes in it, and Caleb wordlessly draping his coat over her shoulders.

-I gushed abt this on twt but a lot of hand kissing.................just that reverence for each other's hands which create..........Caleb does more traditional hand kisses with a witty comeback of "Such a gentleman." and Yun-Jin likes to kiss his when they hold her face :)
