the  hero   &   the  goddess  blood  princess .      the  first  zelda  he  knew  wasn’t  a  princess .       the  daughter  of  the  head  master  at  the  knight  academy .       the  girl  he  dove  headfirst  into  the  clouds  for .         the  girl  he  destroyed  armies  for .       maybe  it  was  selfish ,  yes ,  but  the  first  time  was  never  for  hyrule  when  it  came  down  to  it .        it  was  for  her .      &   after  her ?       his  next  lives  never  remembered  what  came  before  them .       they  never  remembered  her  exactly   . . .   but  the  princess ?       there  was  always  a  sparkle  in  her  eye ,  a  curve  of  her  lips ,  a  bell  in  her  laugh .       always  something  about  her  that  unexplainably  drew  him  in .         maybe  she  wasn’t  his  heart’s  fate  in  every  lifetime ,  but  there’s  no  doubt  he  was ,  at  least ,  a  little  in  love  with  each  princess  every  time .
